Adam - I truly enjoy your videos. More specifically, your content and analysis is remarkable. I think I heard in one of your videos that you are a car detailer, but that's not the only thing you "detail". I can tell you are quite good at digging up and communicating very detailed information. In a sense, you are like a scientist or engineer. (I am one myself, and recognize these characteristics).
Your specificity is commendable. For example, in your "But the truth is . . . " slide, you state "Service availability is poor (Service is Good)". Most people would just say the generic "service is poor". But your statement is more nuanced and accurate.

I 100% agree. At this point it sure seems that Henrik and Geeta have both been sidelined. Not a peep from either one of them. So I assume that the noteholder is calling the shots now and FTI is in essence working for them. The immediate main objective will be trying to maximize recovery for the noteholder, but they've only got a few days to work this out. This would entail making sure that all of their security interests are properly perfected and taking stock of all available assets that will fall under the noteholders claim. After that, the 8K mentions that there will be a change of Chief Restructuring Officer and this will most likely be the guy filing the BK. Great video, you are 100% on point Adam!

I finally got a call from a service guy. He was leaving the area and said someone would call tomorrow to check out our Ultra and tell us why it died twice on the freeway. I am not holding my breath. Talking to a lawyer on Thursday to find out our options.

Adam - I was able to get 100% financing this week on the Extreme with one of the largest nationwide banks in the US. Banks will lend in spite of Fisker's potential demise.

Do you know if there has been any confirmed 38k Fisker Ocean's that have been purchased and delivered?
Multiple people on this channel have told me that they received one of the discounted vehicles, the best way to confirm would be to call a dealership. Classic Fisker in Atlanta also confirmed with me that they have sold dozens of them. But if you would like my personal confirmation, I currently do not have it.
Writings been on the wall. It's over for HF I will never take him seriously outside of design.

No one has been able to go beyond speculation. It's not over despite the recent 8k. The news is bleak. But it is speculation.

I empathize with you, but count my lucky stars that I got bad vibes early last year and canceled my Ocean order and PEAR reservation.
I’m glad I didn’t either!! I’m not one to put down money on a start up EV. My requirements would be they’d have to be making profit for awhile for me to do this and Tesla is the only company that fits this bill. I’m hoping the new Tesla will be a Bolt EV sized Tesla.

Both the scenarios you laid out are possible. I believe Fisker will survive in some manner, likely a boutique (smaller) version of itself, targeted primarily in the European market and the few dealers in the U.S.

Lower taxes in Texas. It's what you do before you get a big payout. If not, Calif will snag a big chunk of it. If you're getting a 100 million, Calif will get 10 million. Texas, Florida, Wash, Nev, etc. will let you keep all 100 million. 10 million is worth it to cut ties and move.

Henrik let his ego ruin a potentially great company. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses is vital to building a brand. If you are not CEO material and your wife is not CFO/COO material why egotistically hold on to those positions in your company and run it into the ground, wasting investor's money and leaving your car owners stranded without the prospect of future service? So you rather be the CEO of a sinking ship than be a partner in a succesful brand with your name all over it? Someone please make it make sense.
All Henrik had to do a year ago, was bring in good leadership and work along side them. Instead he burned everyone that believed in his vision and concept.

Despite any financial struggles they may face, their R&D done could draw potential buyers, potentially at a discounted price. Despite the obstacles, there's a strong likelihood they'll attract interest from potential acquirers.
