Today I take you through an at-home shoulder workout. Doing this workout will help your shoulder conditioning which will make it easier to keep your hands high even if you just did the hardest round of your life.
Being able to keep your hands high and keep punching is something I've trained my whole career and it's helped me be successful and achieve my world titles.

my first time doing this type of shoulder workout and it is great waiting for a harder one
I'm a Muay Thai beginner, about half a year of training. After doing this routine twice per week for five weeks I just made it trough without dropping my arms for the first time. On my first go I needed about 5 drops :D I'm definitely noticing how sparring became easier in terms of keeping my guard up already. Thanks for the routine Gabriel!

Aye man I liked the cross cross shoulder one and the punching up and the fast upper cuts back to hold, I personally enjoy follow along stuff but now that I got em imma implement them on my own so thank you!

Yes, keep making more of these type of videos. Another one that could be good Is one for the legs yes, as well as the feet and ankles. Or some great stretches for the ankles and feet etc. You make great videos, can't wait for the next one.

This was great! Made it through but I will incorporate that principle of alternating static and dynamic into my routines. I would love it if you put together a short (no more than 15 minutes) but brutal one where I can really test myself and see my progression more clearly.

Love it . I made the mistake of doing 3 5 min rounds on the heavy bag before doing thing and it was embarrassing on my part

This workout is crazy, I'm using 2lbs weights and it's pushing me to my limits without dropping once!

Did this with 2lb dumbbells and it killed me however i hate dropping my hands whenever i train so this will be helpful

I was a bit too cocky and used 2 kg dumbbells at the start, didn't last very long. Then used my mma gloves. I got through it fairly easy. I must have quite good shoulder conditioning. Need to try with my sparring gloves next time. Ought to be much harder.

This murders me, but it seems to help my shoulder out (Monked up AC joint). Going to try and do this on the daily I think.

I dont know why but the my left shoulder (arm) always get tired first and always hurts me first but the right shoulder never happens thats , I really need an urgent explanation , i´, 21 years old.
I hurt my foot by kicking my opponents elbow so I barley can walk so I’m doing this workout on one foot 😭 better than nothing I guess

Probably not bigger. Maybe a bit more definition and certainly more shoulder endurance.
