- Grab a pair of gloves and let's get in a shoulder conditioning workout. I started doing this type of training for my shoulders over 12 years ago. Now in sparring/fights my shoulder never fatigue.
Do these types of workouts 2-3 times per week.

Just finished this workout with 16os glolves, no dropping, and it was killing me in the last minute, but it sure feels awesome after finishing. Just want to say thank you so much for all these great contents.

I feel that the old one (with the 3min rounds) was tougher, but this one was more diverse, which makes for a nice change.
Made it all the way through, strangely enough the hardest part was the second hold somewhere in the middle …

Great workout ! I do this with 0.5 kg dumbbells. Thats hurts.
This was wild really hard sholder workout, sadly i cant brage yet about not dropping (dropped 2 times) so looking foward to do it wouth dropping.
Would be awesome if we could get some more defense workouts too, like for instance defense against combinations, defense for body shots and etc.

16oz gloves is way harder than my little 10oz.

I do with 2kg dumble,in 5 min first its okay,but next min i drop my hand in several time😅
what gloves do you recommend between £100-£120 - also what oz gloves do you train pad work bag and sparring in?

I'm 35 21stone, do you think kickboxing is to heavy impact on the joints to safely get in shape?
It's probably okay. Start slow and let you body get used to the movement.
If you take anything too fast in the early stages you will get pain.
But kickboxing should be better on your joints than other exercises. In particular running.
16 oz gloves and failed shortly after the 10 minute mark unfortunately. though i was still fatiqued by lifting weights and my 2 pound dumbbell shoulder conditioning. so i guess its not THAT bad.
