This is a great workout, we do a similar workout where we drop and do 5, up and hit for 10 until we burnout, but the gradually building pushups hurt way more by the end 🙏 So thank you for a new way to train an old boring workout, I can see some ego comps happening with this one 😂 lol.
I love the workout videos, i have trouble diversifying my at-home training and these give me something new to try coming from a world champion, its awesome so thank you.

im doing 1 push up for 10 punches then 2 and 20 punches and so on to 10 pushups all under 3 min and im doing kickbox as hobby but i worked on a construction for 10 hours before training. after i have to prep something for dinner and to go out. damn, God gave me so much durability.
Hey man, can you make a "Fighting with your physique" about smaller guys in general (small as in guys who are not as tall and who weigh less than their opponent)?
He's talking about weight classes in the videos. Smaller overall is just a straight disadvantage, no way around it. Train and be so much better their size, strength, and aggressiveness mean nothing. Also, don't get into street fights, lol.
I recommend watching some Mike Zambidis fight footage. Seriously, a friend of mine who is short and stocky developed his whole style around what worked for Zambidis and he used to rock much larger guys when we sparred heavily back in the day.
funny, around 8, I thought piece of cake, gonna beat Gabe easily..... and then in round 13 at 10, my arms gave up... it's like seeing a mountain ahead of you: Always looks closer than it is.
Ive been post poning it but what im gonna do is line drills to burpees meaning punch 5meters drop do a burpee repeat and every ten burpees do 10 burpees straight then rest repeat three times in total.

Made it to 11 shoulders are a huge weakness since I tore my ligament in my shoulder.

Work at a fast pace, use your speed advantage as you’re a smaller man. improve reflexes and utilise counters
