      Try warming up first by doing shoulder and arm stretches before doing burpees.

      @XxkillerxX10 4 года назад +2

      @@rudrapratapchand7606 36 push ups isn't much.
      Do at least 50 push with CORRECT FORM in order to be able to do tough arm/shoulder exercises.

    • @CaptainAMAZINGGG
      @CaptainAMAZINGGG 6 лет назад +20

      Dynamic Lifting is amazing for cardio tho.
      Also yogic breathing exercises, SO amazing for cardio, as well as adrenal support and inner harmony, which ALL trainers and athletes, as well as warriors and fighters, benefit from.
      People tend to be hilariously ignorant when it comes to effectiveness, in general, not just in cardio ;)

    ~ I really love how your channel had grown Shane, the direction it has taken with all the sub topics, and the guest coaches you have on the show to help out. It's no longer just about fightTIPS for the underdogs, but all around well balanced tips for fighters in general...including workouts.
    ~ I also love the manner in which y'all give advice, very calm and humble yet confident and clear; I especially love the amen...not a lot of coaches coming from a FaithFull background anymore.
    ~ I feel honored to have been able to see your channel grow and change as it has over the years, I also feel honored that I have learned much of my MMA skills from you...you are technically the 1st coach I ever had. Without a doubt I have you to thank for much of skillset, when I can't afford a gym I just watch your channel and then practice a lot, truth be told even with a MMA gym I still watch your channel and practice...almost daily! I recommend you do cold shower right after that. take the cold shower immediately after you workout as your muscles are still burning. stay under the cold water for about a minute. you're gonna feel fresh and you can prevent soreness

      edit: think of it like tying your shoes, u do it 1000 times well and eventually its auto pilot in whatever way u learned it, if you tie your shoes badly you'll auto pilot the bad way, this is why i say form over everything. sorry for long drawn out post, tired
