- Here is a core workout routine that you can follow along to, to burn the abs, low back, and hips. This 3-minute drill is great for developing strength, endurance, and building muscle whether you're going for aesthetics or function.

This is cool. It's always great to challenge yourself and have a tough fixed routine. Also, I think it should be progressive as you get stronger.
1.add weight
2.increase sets/reps
3.add exercises
4.find more difficult exercises

add weight to certain exercises to your hands for example, add sets, try to do more reps during sets, make your rest time shorter, those are only several examples of that how you can progress there

I memorized and do this everyday i just want to thank Shane and this channel you can literally see the results within 1 month by doing 4 sets everyday

I wouldn’t do it everyday mate, abs are like any muscle and need time to recover. I’d recommend 3/4 times a week and adding a 1 minute plank at the end if your feeling good just for the extra burn!
Never exercice any muscle EVERY day bro, give at least 24 hours rest

How did u Go? If did every second day wonder how long would take to get through it no break, I want to know how to balance out back muscles that do the opposite of these muscles though. I wonder if guys who do this nothing else end up like quasimodo
Even as a Taekwondo Practitioner, this seems pretty hard, got me sweating in just 3 mins. We becoming sweat generators now!

Holy crap, this helped me reduce my workout time by a lot since I'm a busy student
"3 minutes of hardwork" three minutes of hell more like it but thanks to these I'm able to do the exercises they give us at boxing without stopping

Its my first time doing this and it's is one of the very few actually good ab workouts on RUclips that I've ever done. This is now 1 of 3 good ab workouts vs so many not good ones I am surprised

I'm adding this to my current home workout (thanks TEAM SEMI) x5 diamond push up, x5 regular push up, x5 large push, x5 regular/diamond push up (total 20) Following by 20 squat, and 20 dips. Resting 1.30 to 2min. repeat as much as u can. then at the end, I do this abs workout following by my max at plank. (sorry for bad english btw, bigup from France (x )
So I stopped doing this work out for awhile because I thought it was getting easy. So I did some other stuff and I just came back to it today and yeah no it's hard, I've never been more wrong 🤣. I freaking love this workout.
