Sadly for them, shortly after that the nordic religion would get forgotten and replaced by christianity, which shows that this game would take place before. Maybe kratos pulls a greek pantheon on them and makes the nordic pantheon get forgotten which leaves humans and other races alone?

The description of Africans being "blue" reminds me of the film Moonlight. "in the moonlight, Black boys look blue". So idk if there's other aspects to the language that explain why they described African people as blue, but maybe that's part of it.
A similar case can be seen in Hindu mythology. Lord Krishna is often depicted as having a blue coloured skin in modern depictions of his character when in reality, he is supposed to be a very dark being, Krishna itself means black in Sanskrit.

My theory on what will happen in Ragnarok is that angraboda will likely try to get into a romantic relationship with Atreus(Loki) but kratos will disagree with the relationship wishes and think of it as a figure in their way of their actual true goals to stop fimbulwinter and Atreus(Loki) will disagree and try to reason with kratos to trust her because she's a giant like his wife and kratos and Atreus will get into a likely dispute and split up giving us as the player to be able to play as Atreus where angraboda will likely say "What about your father" and Atreus will say something like "What about him " or Forget him leading to them likely running into heimdell. Atreus along with angroboda fight or lose and Atreus will get captured and leave angraboda so she may tell kratos that his son was taken possibly leading to him going to rescue his son and carrying on the cycle of vengeance,What do you think?

The description of Africans being "blue" reminds me of the film Moonlight. "in the moonlight, Black boys look blue". So idk if there's other aspects to the language that explain why they described African people as blue, but maybe that's part of it.
A similar case can be seen in Hindu mythology. Lord Krishna is often depicted as having a blue coloured skin in modern depictions of his character when in reality, he is supposed to be a very dark being, Krishna itself means black in Sanskrit.

Translation: Yeah, she's not supposed to look like that. But then again nothing in this game looks like its supposed to. Its a game about a Greek guy killing evil versions of the Norse gods, not a historical document. They're taking a ton of creative liberties with every aspect of Norse myth. Get over it.
p.s. If you thought the original Greek gods in the previous games were depicted in an accurate manner when it comes to their appearance and behavior, you've got another thing coming.
Greeks had to suffer trough that, now is the time for Nordic myth to be taken for a ride on Kratos' big D.

My theory on what will happen in Ragnarok is that angraboda will likely try to get into a romantic relationship with Atreus(Loki) but kratos will disagree with the relationship wishes and think of it as a figure in their way of their actual true goals to stop fimbulwinter and Atreus(Loki) will disagree and try to reason with kratos to trust her because she's a giant like his wife and kratos and Atreus will get into a likely dispute and split up giving us as the player to be able to play as Atreus where angraboda will likely say "What about your father" and Atreus will say something like "What about him " or Forget him leading to them likely running into heimdell. Atreus along with angroboda fight or lose and Atreus will get captured and leave angraboda so she may tell kratos that his son was taken possibly leading to him going to rescue his son and carrying on the cycle of vengeance,What do you think?

From what I've read of Norse myth, no. The Bifrost is just a physical bridge connecting Asgard to Midgard.

Well for one, ppl are already filled up with Thor stuff from Marvel movies and such so their image of how Thor should look like comes from that. For Angrboda, her geographical origin is well off. She is of African descent in Norse mythology.
Ironically there’s no literal description on any of the Norse gods and characters, except for Thor having red hair, so they took some liberties and did whatever they wanted.
People get angry about inaccuracies in mythologies? If only there was a clue like myth or mythology to tell them it’s all inaccurate. Not to mention that GoW has always told its own stories with no regards to the original myth. That’s there thing.

Kratos and Atreus Kill Baldr they then tell the other Gods that Loki tricked Baldr or that Angrboda has skin as pale as death can be there way of making her sound hideous and possibly cursed so that no one would be too afraid to ever approach her.
