I don't know if you know this, but there is a huge Vietnamese community in Biloxi, so I'll bet that you can find some good south east asian supermarket in Biloxi for Mrs. X to get her specialty food and seasoning items to cook Thai food at home. Don't forget to get some fresh oysters, when I was in Pascagoula MS, I had some delicious and cheap little oysters. They told me that they are cheap because they grow them fresh locally there.
Termites swarm this time of year and they get in through the vents. I’m in Tampa in a four year old house and have exactly the same problem with termites.
The termites I keep finding are not the male winged ones. I keep finding the workers and the big headed sentry termites inside the house. That means there is a colony INSIDE this house!
