Doing the keto diet it's torture but working
It changed my life. Stick to it. You are probably reaping the benefits of losing weight mainly from water weight. You'll start to get more constant energy levels. Use that and double down on working out. I lost 28 pounds on Keto from the diet alone and once I felt like energy levels I doubled down and did running while on the diet. It's been two years and only trailed off a handful of days. Now I'm running and going to the gym and I never thought I would be this well off when I first started it! Keep it and reap the benefits.
It's also pretty stupid. Carbohydrates are a main energy source for the body. Why are you fat? Perhaps excess fats and sugar. I've never been overweight my entire life and I eat tons of carbohydrates.

@@elnoawilson6099 Sure, because weight gain is also related to calorie total and hormones. My point is that keto is unhealthy/abnormal/ and not recommended for a healthy life. But do what you like.

More like 99%....especially around the midsection... another waste of time exercise....like planks. The average individual already has a 6 pack, it's just covered in a layer of fat.
I workout regularly to build muscle and now I'm cutting and tbh, the midsection can do with some building as well (the muscles exist, but they aren't popping)
These workouts for someone who are already built. All of you guys are correct in the comments. Diet is the most important part of your body.

Yes but that's only for show, aka superficial. It's still good to build the muscle underneath the layers of fat.
