    The video is almost perfect, but it has a point to be revised and it is that there's not a clear difference in the audio between exercises and rest lapses, so you don't know when to stop. (if you don't watch the screen)

    How many times would you recommend doing abs a week this is my workout just starting
    3x10 sit ups with twist
    3x12 crunch’s
    3x15 Russian twist with 7.5kg dumbbells
    Plank sets 1 minute each
    3x8 leg raises

    While doing this workout, M having lower back pain..is it normal or do i have to focus on the way of doing it??

      Some of the exercises put a lot of pressure on the lower back. If you feel pain, avoid them. The best thing is to listen to your body. There are so many abs exercises that will protect your lower back, simply switch the ones that cause pain with the ones that don't. All the best.

      It’s normal your back & neck hurts because it’s a new changes to your body, with time you will not feel the pains anymore but you’ll feel the pressure but not as painful as the beginning. I hope this helps.

      It shluldnt be anythint. If it is, prob just weak muscle on neck, the hurting is prob that you are working out that muscle.

      It's normal in the beginning, that the spine takes a lot of load, once the abs start developing, they do most work and you shouldn't feel much neck pain later.

      Highly recommend doing it 2x a week. Go all out on those 2 days and give your core time to recover. Most important part.

    If you're on your phone all day and you do this exercise your neck will hurt
