Think about it, in football, or hockey most teams would
be contending for the championship. Not the Pirates.
Years of good draft picks just make other teams in
baseball do that. The player development method in
Pittsburgh baseball is at best, rock bottom!
Why did they fire the other hitting coach that Key had to go to privately to start hitting again? Seems like stubborn decisions being made, this team is definitely moving backwards. Pitchers are going to collapase, it takes a toll when a SP gives up two runs and knows its over. Good luck when they start playing the division.

Don't bring up Paul Skenes until Marin is gone. What's Tyler Glasnow up to now? Living here in MKE, I've seen guys like Vogelbach and Tellez and they have sat them down for some reason and then we keep picking them up and they don't do anything. The Brewers are sitting them for a reason and then to top it off, we get Haines after the brewers FIRED him when they won the division and we decide he's going to be the savior? WHEN WILL THESE JOKERS LEARN? At the minimum, Haines needs to go ASAP.

you can not develop backwards. that would be unraveling. not developing backwards
