The Eagles indeed have quality receivers, but most importantly, they scheme those receivers open. The Steelers don't do that. These are NFL football players. Just because a guy isn't a household name, doesn't mean he isn't talented. The Steelers offense remains unimaginative and archaic. There is only so much Wilson can cover up. The Steelers still neglect certain parts of the field, and create a lot of mano a mano mismatchs instead of scheming for success. All this is coaching and cultural. The coaching was my biggest concern coming into today, not the lack of Pickens as much.

The offense would be dynamic if Steelers kept Diontae Johnson. Took away the WR1 from the last 5 seasons. Now George Pickens the other good receiver isn’t on the field and you’re asking….will the offense struggle? Absolutely!! Why do you think the back to back champion Chiefs have so many wide receivers? They grabbed Juju Smith Schuster. They grabbed Deandre Hopkins. They grabbed Hollywood Brown. Chiefs are really about going to Superbowls. When you trade away your WR1 from the last 5 seasons and replace him with a receiver who stats for last season was 209 yards and one touchdown for an entire NFL season….Steelers are not really trying to get to the Super Bowl! Van Jefferson had Zero yards yesterday. ZERO YARDS! 😡 Nobody brings up his lack of play at the needed WR2 position on the field. This is why Steelers offense isn’t thriving.

Wilson is garbage… 2 turnovers in the red zone and all we got were 3 points? Why does Wilson constantly throw multiple passes a game straight into the dirt? Bottom line our receivers suck except for Pickens and Muth! If they cant get open the defense will just play to stop the run and we are one dimensional. And it snowballs with 3 and outs and our defense is stuck on the field all day.

Wide receivers needs opportunities to step up. OC is the problem.

Our secondary SUCKS! It has all year, we have been able to disguise it by letting Russ and the offense outscore some of our opponent's, but overall it has sucked, We have proven time and again that we lack the ability of getting off the field on 3rd down at critical times. Geriatric Joe Flacco carved them up like a Thanksgiving turkey in Indianapolis, Dak Peskot did the same thing to us at home, using receivers outside of CD Lamb. Jamis Winston of all people took his team down the field against our secondary to win the game. The only 2 quality players in our secondary are Elliot and Bishop, Minkah is too old, Jackson is OK but lacks consistency, Pierre and Kazee have proven to be second string level talent, Cam Sutton hasn't been the same since he left and went to Detroit, which brings me to JPJ....This guy is the most overblown / overrated CB in the League, he is absolute garbage. The only reason he isn't on the practice squad is because of Tomlin and his daddy. He is lazy with no sense of urgency. He is scared to tackle. He is the King of missed arm tackles. This is every game, not just once in a while, and to compensate for his fear, he is subject to Major penalties at critical times. He sucks in the Zone package, and not much better in Man to Man. I hope he mans up and learns how to play CB quick because if not he will continue to contribute to a very under performing over rated secondary and you don't win big games with the level of play we have seen from them so far.

Najee has been solid all year, it is unfortunate that his only fumble came in this game, The elephant in the room is the pathetic play of our secondary. They have been exposed all year but no one seems to notice. Our D line is top notch, there is no question about that, but our secondary SUCKS! So this loss is not because of Najee. If we had a secondary worth a crap, than maybe the fumble wouldn't have turned into such a major issue.

This doesn't define him. He's a great RB and I'm quite certain he will bounce back and more than make up for the fumble.

I wonder if other team fanbase is just as unrealistic and emotional as ours lmao…The Steelers are a GOOD team that depending on the situation has the chance to beat GREAT teams. Odds of beating the Eagles(top team favored to win Super Bowl) were slim with all our top players let alone with key pieces absent. It was a bad game we didn’t look good but so far this has been a great season. We’re moving in the right direction. #HereWeGoSteelers
