That fumble was an absolute killer
From my recollection that was his first fumble of the year. Not only that he never had possession of the ball, once he has it, he does not let it go. It happened through 14 games

I agree to a point but I feel we were stsrting to go downhill from the beginning when we had a couple of changes to make touchdowns but lost it and as soon as we got close someone would do a penalty and boom back we went ...we would take 10 steps forward and a play would send us back 8 steps we couldn't get out of it from the beginning but I still believe the steelers can't take this alot farther before the season ends
That game loss was not just Najee's fault. Poor play calling and poor use of the receivers on the roster was an issue. Pittsburgh doesn't have problems with stopping the run, the problem is stopping the pass.

Steelers have a subpar wide receiver core they're literally starting guys who wouldn't even be on certain teams. It will be a totally different team if they had kept Johnson.

@@andref9663 i totally disagree with that. I have followed Justin every since college and he was never injured at Ohio State. It's when he went to the Bears which haven't had a OL in years. You would be injured to if you stayed on your back or running for your life. That's with the Bears.

Najee has been solid all year, it is unfortunate that his only fumble came in this game, The elephant in the room is the pathetic play of our secondary. They have been exposed all year but no one seems to notice. Our D line is top notch, there is no question about that, but our secondary SUCKS! So this loss is not because of Najee. If we had a secondary worth a crap, than maybe the fumble wouldn't have turned into such a major issue.
His 1st fumble of the season. Not that they're ever "good" but this was really bad timing. Moving in for a possible tying TD then the Eagles took it the other way. Steelers will overcome it - it's one loss. Biggest game is Saturday - beat the Ravens, win the division. And we'll beat the Chiefs on Christmas - they should have 4 losses in the last 6 weeks, luck will run out!!

Pretty much sealed the game but they weren't going to win today anyway. Najee gets a pass. I think that may have been his 3rd career fumble. I could be wrong but I don't recall him fumbling very often the last 4 years.

Who talking shit about Najee.Our Defense let them run 73 yards for TD we supposed to be elite D but they did us dirty. JPJ talk to much and Jackson left the game faking like he was hurt. Both of them was getting smoked.

Najee Harris is 5th is rushing attempts. What’s he doing with all those reps? I’ll tell you. Of 32 teams, he is 13th in yards, 20th in TDs, 37th in yards per carry, 1st in broken tackles, T-1 in fumbles.
He is a mid-low tier starter that protects the ball well. That’s what he is. He is the Derrick Henry archetype (Henry is 2 inches taller and only 5lbs heavier) but is just worse than Derrick Henry in virtually every metric. I wouldn’t be surprised to see us not renew him next year. And I hope we don’t.

I knew the defense would be exhausted after having to stay on the field due to the M Adams penalty. I knew they would pay for it later.
Adams penalty wasn't legit. He never initiated with the center. He got blocked in to the center which should have been a no call. Weird, every time the Steelers got close a penalty would occur at a crucial time. The fact that lane johnson was allowed to be dragged behind our d line all night like a cape should of shown what kind of game it would be. The call on Moore for holding was a joke compared to what johnson got away with all night. Just weren't going to or supposed to beat the Eagles. Just wasn't in the script.

Truth be told they were on the field for almost 30 minutes in the second half.
40 minutes to 20. Tomlin’s teams have a difficult time wining when those #’s are reversed. The D has you all fooled. Buffalo puts 50 on this D. They are not that good. You will see in the next 10 days.
Tbh holding them to 3 points after the 15 yard penalty for hitting the center was big ups, kept it a one score game. Still it fell apart

Lost game and momentum period
No excuse for that fumble … none … fumble while nearing game tying score is unacceptable…. Only 11 offensive plays in the 2nd half and one was a punt was ridiculous
Our secondary SUCKS! It has all year, we have been able to disguise it by letting Russ and the offense outscore some of our opponent's, but overall it has sucked, We have proven time and again that we lack the ability of getting off the field on 3rd down at critical times. Geriatric Joe Flacco carved them up like a Thanksgiving turkey in Indianapolis, Dak Peskot did the same thing to us at home, using receivers outside of CD Lamb. Jamis Winston of all people took his team down the field against our secondary to win the game. The only 2 quality players in our secondary are Elliot and Bishop, Minkah is too old, Jackson is OK but lacks consistency, Pierre and Kazee have proven to be second string level talent, Cam Sutton hasn't been the same since he left and went to Detroit, which brings me to JPJ....This guy is the most overblown / overrated CB in the League, he is absolute garbage. The only reason he isn't on the practice squad is because of Tomlin and his daddy. He is lazy with no sense of urgency. He is scared to tackle. He is the King of missed arm tackles. This is every game, not just once in a while, and to compensate for his fear, he is subject to Major penalties at critical times. He sucks in the Zone package, and not much better in Man to Man. I hope he mans up and learns how to play CB quick because if not he will continue to contribute to a very under performing over rated secondary and you don't win big games with the level of play we have seen from them so far.
Real talk--Harris is a bust. Slow, has no vision, cant run wide, leaves his feet too often...usually accomplishing absolutely nothing. I pray they deal him away in the off season (do not sign him to a big contract!) & pick up a new RB for a reasonable price to compliment Warren, who is a real gamer.
