Just want to check. Can I use this to record only when a door is opened rather the camera being motion activated? It is to alert me if my elderley mother is trying to leave the house.
@FyonaLaing yes - trigger would be door opened and action would be start recording

Thanks for the video, do the sensors detect impact? If a burglar tries to break the glass in a window to climb in through will the sensor pick up the impact of the glass breaking?

I liked the Diet Assistant with the sensor on the fridge.
And I spotted the deliberate mistake with the toilet seat sensor. Both the sensor and the magnet were on the toilet lid, and not one on the seat. 🤣

Sensor does - homebase doesn't
The app don't let me use the entry sensor because I still don't have the HomeBase. What can I do?

Hi there! Do you receive a notification on your phone once the sensor is triggered?
Yes you do via the eufy app on your phone - notifications arrive for all eufy devices, including cameras and sensors
What would be really useful would be an open / closed log in the app with the date and time that the sensor was triggered and opened. It would be very useful to secure a prosecution.
There is a timeline for sensor open/closed in the app which shows dates and times

Hi, do you know if these have a chime feature? Rather than an alarm can you use to chime every time a front door is opened? Thanks
The sensor itself has a 'chirp' sound when door opened. You can also make it so that the homebase alarm goes off if the door is opened
Don't but this system, sooo full of bugs/issues and no support! My sensors worked for 1 day and now unresponsive
