Hello, all candy apples will tend to melt a little if in hot humanity areas. Best way to keep them from melting is to always keep them in a cool area or refrigerate them if not needed to be out.
I have to do this for a last minute order. Can I do this today and keep them in the fridge until tomorrow to deliver at noon? Do you think the sap will come through?

When do you insert the sticks?
Hello, you can insert your sticks after you boil and dry your apples. Make sure you dry them really well before you dip your apples.
