Hello Tina, I discovered your channel today and it's truly heaven sent. You have a new subscriber. I'm just not sure which video has it where you discussing pricing your cakes or candy apples can you please let me know which videos to watch with that info. Happy belated birthday. May God continue to bless your success and family. Stay safe, happy & healthy.
I have issues with my apples getting sticky apples after a day or so being made, Is the vinegar recipe any less sticky than the corn syrup? Or will just putting them in the refrigerator after cooling and set and bagged? Keep them from getting sticky? Thanks awesome candy apple making . I do live in a high humidity area. I have also tried the high sweet powdered corn syrup, they still get sticky, have never tried putting them in the refrigerator.
Love this video thanks for sharing Wonder if I could use this the same way to make tea bombs. I like this receipe that you use whats the our purpose of the corn syrup any way .
I apologize I worded my comment wrong. I meant to say I would love to make candy apples, grapes and strawberries. What ratio of ingredients for a small portion and a large portion
Good morning, I’m new to your channel, can explain what the white vinegar does? Is this a recipe for all candy apples 🍎, or is just for the color red? By the way your nails 💅 be popping!
Hello, I came up with this recipe for my customers who don’t like gluten or can’t have gluten. You can make any color candy apples with this recipe I hope this helps and thank you so much for watching and joining the family!
Hello, it’s not the corn syrup that makes them sticky or break down. It’s the humanity that makes them sticky that’s why it’s best to refrigerate them after they cool and you have Package them. It’s the juice from the apples that makes them break down fast. I have a video on how to make candy apples from the beginning to the end. If you have anymore questions please let me know! Hope this helps and thank you!
Hello, your apples will last for about a week or longer depending on the temperature of the room but will break down fast at room temperature. They will last for about three weeks in the refrigerator without breaking down so quickly. If you have anymore questions please don’t hesitate to let me know. Thank you and I Hope this helps!!
@@TinaSweetsFromHeaven Hello Tina. Why do my apples break down after one day regardless if I leave them out at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator?
If it's coming from the tree you don't need to. But just make sure you clean them well enough to get the dirt off. Especially in the little hole where the stem is. Dirt hides in there. Use a q tip if you need to.
Hello, I do ship you can order on my Facebook business page @Tina ‘s Sweets From Heaven once you message me I can send you a list. Thank you so much I look forward to speaking with you!
I don’t use a thermometer. I use the old “ice water in a clear cup” method. When the syrup is ready for dipping, it will crackle and build upon itself. Looks like a red spiraling castle being built. Never failed me. And it’s easy to eat; not sticky at all. Just crunchy...

It depends on where you live and how much you send on your product. I will make a tutorial this week on pricing your apples.

Can you skip the part of boiling if its fresh picked apple's from garden?
S h Hello No, you still have to boil them to get the wax off. Hope this helps and thanks for watching😊!!!!
@@TinaSweetsFromHeaven The wax is put on them once they are picked. I think she was asking about the ones picked straight from the tree.

Why add the white?
The white is used so that the candy won’t be transparent
Can I do it without the thermometer

I stopped individually bagging products a long time ago. It is just too time consuming.
Yes it is! I only sale by the dozen also. This was for tutorial purposes only. Thank you so much for watching and commenting I hope you enjoyed!
