    • @YourSweetConnection
      @YourSweetConnection  6 лет назад +4

      Mirna Nono the best way to know that the wax completely off make sure you only give your apples for 6 to 10 seconds removing them and taking a child and dry them completely then fix them out for 48 hours don't forget while your apples is in the boiling water rotate them for the 6 to 10 second. Do not leave apples in the boiling water no longer than that your Apple will become discolored and this is how you know the wax is completely off

    Hello!!! First, I just want to say thanks so much for sharing your wonderful tutorials. What if you dont have time to let the apples rest for 24 to 48 hrs? Is there anyway possible to let the apples rest for a few hours then dip?

    • @YourSweetConnection
      @YourSweetConnection  6 лет назад +10

      S Harris thank you for watching at water to achieve a bubble free candy apple the steps that I have mention and teach and my videos are the best way but there is a method to dip a apple within hours but you're risking your Apple breaking down or getting pin holes and Bubbles if you're not comfortable with dipping or if it's your first time dipping so if you want to dip a apple within hours I will suggest to you follow the method that I've shown in my video completely wipe them because you're going to see the snap coming through the apples once you take your apples out the water dry them immediately with a paper towel or hand towel or cloth let him sit for 30 minutes dry them off again with a dry towel sit them and a bowl of ice cold water letting them sit for another 30 minutes then take them out drying them completely let him sit for at least 15 to 20 minutes then you're ready to dip. I never recommend this method because my goal is to achieve a bubble free Apple I have done this before but I always recommend the 24 to 48-hour method because it last longer and it's bubble free so I hope this helps

    • @YourSweetConnection
      @YourSweetConnection  6 лет назад +3

      Sistaz Cakes sending them in the ball of water is a rinse method for me but I have learned recently which I'm going to do a new updated video on once the apples have been dipped for the 5 to 10 seconds as soon as the apples are removed from the water taking a towel and completely drying them thoroughly and then letting them sit out for 48 hours and once they're sitting for 48 hours before dipping you want to take a wet cloth and wipe the sap off those apples redrying them before dipping

    • @YourSweetConnection

      Kenya Acheampong hello to get the bubble free candy apples make sure you let your Apples sit for 24 to 48 hrs before dipping them wipe them completely off If you experience Pebbles or it looks like your Apple was sweating that is the sap that is coming out through the apples your apples needs time to sit so that they can release that sap before you dip I hope this help you if not check out my video turning white to gold and I explain to you in detail how to achieve a bubble free Apple thank you for watching

    Hey quick question.... I follow this cleaning method... and I let them sit for 48 hours wiping them
    Off before I dip them... but as soon as I dip them in the candy I have no bubbles but I start to developers small pin holes in my candy apples do you have any tips to prevent that

    • @YourSweetConnection
      @YourSweetConnection  6 лет назад +1

      TaVon Knox I have a lot of other videos that will explain the process of the pin holes and the bubbles if you're letting your Apple sit for 48 hours wipe them with a damp cloth before dipping to remove the sap and make sure your apples do not have any Cuts in them if you're cleaning apples with cuts and dents in them it's a chance that you're going to get bubbles or pinholes also you have to make sure your measurements is right meaning the recipe and make sure that is not human in your kitchen or where your dipping your apples and so that you know you are going to get some bubbles or some pinholes if you're not following the procedure properly practice makes perfect some people get it on the first try some still need to put in practice and that's okay just make sure you let your Apple sit for 48 hours and then dip and then sometimes it depends on what type of apple you're using I always use Granny Smith they come out better for me so I hope this information helps you

      After you take the apples out the pot you want to drive them completely off I only put them in water as a rinsing method for my preference so after you bring them off the pot wipe them completely off with a dry towel place them on the counter and let them sit for 48 hours
