    Thank you very much, Dr Jeffrey. I use to these stretches in my yoga class. Now, I need to incorporate them in my repertoire of daily stretching. They are similar to the ones for lower back pain relief. Therefore, stiff hips and stiff hamstrings are partly responsible for lower back pain which makes a lot of sense as they are connected to the spine.

    I have hip bone on bone arthritis and can’t sit cross legged but I do stretches though not as deep as you’re doing.Aloha

    Do you have stretches/exercises for SI/sciatica/back pain, not sure what the pain in my back is but it is by my tailbone
