This is super late but I always really liked Grundy's design in this show, more than I do his 'canon' design actually. He's still tall, eerie and imposing, but the gauntness of his face and body sell both the zombie state of the character as well as his mystical strength since no one with that kind of physique should be that powerful, compared to looking normally like a ditzy version of Joe Fixit.
Just hearing you talk about the Grundy's Night episode makes me miss The Batman 2004 even more than ever,I wish that it would continue cause there's some Untapped Potential.
@@SantiBarrios It would be cool if they had done that Hush movie way back then. I also would like a Beware the Batman movie since that show never got one.
@@GamerSlyRatchet1 A Beware The Batman movie would be so cool! That show had a lot of unresolved plotlines, and I think its CG animation would benefit from having an animated movie's larger budget
I really liked Clayface's design and animation in this series. It felt very unique, but still faithful to the character. And it's a shame heroic Clayface didn't last long in either this show or the comics. At least Young Justice seems to be sticking by his redemption.
I agree! Ethan Bennet's Clayface look is probably my personal favorite design for Clayface in general, I like that he's slimmer and more humanoid-looking rather than a huge monster
Hell yeah I love this episode it would have been awesome to have seen the real version of Solomon Grundy in The Batman instead of just Clayface impersonating him but this is just a small nitpick on my part but I'm so glad Ethan Bennett was able to cure himself of his Clayface curse and get his life back because seeing him this low in this episode is heartbreaking also The Batman Vs Dracula is a damn good Halloween movie and a damn good Batman movie too in my opinion 🤘🔥🎃🎃
I completely agree! It would've been awesome to see the real Grundy but the episode is still great. And man The Batman vs Dracula is also insane, perfect to watch during Halloween
@@SantiBarrios I know right The Batman Vs Dracula is crazy and yeah it's a really good Halloween movie to watch and I even watch it a lot not just on Halloween times Lol
I apologize for the audio having poor quality starting from 10:10 , youtube felt like copyright claiming the video so I had to fix it ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

They should really make a new animated movie set in The Batman's world, especially since they already did it for BTAS and The Brave and The Bold

This was the best Halloween episode while Batman vs. Dracula was the best Halloween movie.

The real Grundy DOES show up in the spin-off comic book The Batman Strikes!
Not DC related but the intro got craving a Reptar Bar.
Good points.
