I tried this in the microwave instead... using my reusable cupcake holders... 1/2 teaspoons of the batter as she does here in each cupcake holder … I did 6 at a time and found that cooking 2 minutes at full power is what it took in my microwave to get to the crisp stage.

made one enormous chip in the microwave; was perfectly browned all over (and super crispy). This method is easier and more efficient than trying to shape individual chips on a parchment. this is AWESOME! Thank you for the great idea of using cottage cheese as a chip.

The stabilizer is locust bean gum and agar for anyone who wants to know.

Thanks for this. I think a lot of people would be interested in this in the Keto community.

Tried this in a nonstick pan with Great Value small curd 4% milk fat. The first batch browned fast on one side and almost burned using medium heat. They tended to stick and rolled up when I turned them. I used a little olive oil spray on the pan for the second batch and low heat for a longer time. This worked better. The chips turned out “almost crisp.”

Has anybody researched the ingredient difference that makes the Trader Joe’s so much better? I’d like to know what the added ingredients are

I’m going to go to the store in the morning for cottage cheese. My cottage cheese turned pink and it’s not good. 😢

Thank you so much! We don't have a Trader Joe's but I'm going to try this anyway as soon as I can eat solid food again.
