I have only had the gear sport on my wrist for an hour and I have to say that this is a home run! Sadly after my review is complete I have already been told by my wife that it's hers! LOL. This watch feels great on the wrist and looks good to. Check out my setup and initial impressions.

I had to take back the gear s3. It wouldn't reconnect to my galaxy phone. Wonder if this has the same issue.

I currently have the Gear S2. But there doesn't look like much difference to this Gear Sport. Is it worth getting the Gear Sport?
Rebecca Sue yes better battery, if you swim it's much better , an it has the new OS not sure if the s2 will get that . Other then that they are very similar

It really doesnt look that black almost gun metal black. It's shiny not glossy.
I noticed your dome screen protector is bubbling up by the front facing sensors, mine is doing the same at the bottom right. My phone is not dropped and the case doesn't touch at all. Is it the glue not holding well? Do you plan on doing anything to yours to fix it?
In my case its because of all the cases I test. The constant on off and twisting of the phone in the corners caused it to lift. I have seen it happen to folks who carry their phones in front or back pockets too. The twisting on the phone however slight it may be lifts the glass slightly

EBPMAN Tech Reviews Does it operate through the Gear app because based on what I see, you cannot install the Samsung Pay app on the LG V30.
Samsung had discussed spreading the payment service to other android devices but have not, but android pay will work on Samsung , just will not have the magnetic field tech.

Well. I would not see this as an upgrade. its another option. The Classic is a dressy version, the Frontier is an outdoor /dressy version and The Sport is an athletic version. They all share similar features. But the main difference is size. Some men and women prefer smaller watches. This band and watch go well for those seeking a smaller footprint. Also if your a swimmer its the way to go

Whats is the function of phone app ? As I know samsung gear sport doesn't have speaker.
You can answer the call by swiping on the watch screen or rotating the bezel and the call then transfers to the phone

you can us the watch as a media controller but not stream google play from the watch
why was the vid in 360p when a lot of vids on utube are 1440p?
I shoot in 1080p and sometimes in 4k. This is a 1080p
