    Great workout currently using it to help me get back into swim after taking time off due to shoulder injury. Super tiring, fun, and manageable. Great hop breaking it down into sets that are fun!

    Great workout. Session 1 is definitely hardest with the oblique crunches!

      Absolutely! Those guys tax you from both sides of the core from the side plank position.

    Pool opens in 2 weeks. Maybe do this every second day first week then 2 days one one day off for second week. Middle aged now so recovery not as good. Thank you looks perfect.

    On the plank leg raise-toe touches, I’m feeling a stretch in my calves and nothing in my core. Anything I could be doing wrong?
