I do this right after doing Yoga with Adrienne’s “Yoga for Swimmers” video twice a week. The two combined make an EXCELLENT 35 min yoga session that helps with my recovery, flexibility and stroke length. Thanks so much for making this video.

I’ve been swimming my whole life and was trying to figure out ways to get faster. I asked my coach and he recommended stretching or some yoga. I’ve Ben doing this for a while and it makes me feel so much better in the water and just makes you feel even better out of the water as well! Thank you so much for making these videos! They helped me feel better and even get faster!

Hola from Mexico, I really like the video and the flow you do. It really helped me to loose my body and we will recommend you to all our clients. One little thing you missed that can help us a lot is how to loose the wrist and fingers as the position por paddling in Surfing it can last over two hours to 3 hours per days. If we add driving a car, holding and writing on your phone then the level of high stress holding the same position goes all over the hands towards the arms shoulders and neck making it very painful. Other than that I really enjoy it and just want to say thanks for sharing this with all the world. 🤙🏼 Come surf with us in Mexico and we will give you a great deal!! Have an excellent week 🙏
