    half burpee, freestyle arm swing, alternate superman, plank freestyle catch, table reach under+over, squaat hold arm reach, plank dance, squat hold twist, rapid leg tuck, reverse burpee, dolphin circle, flutter leg raise, v sit +crab crunch, plank toe taps, streamline jumps, push up mt. climb., scorpion stretch.

    do you guys think its enough if i do this 10 min exercise when i cannot go to the pool (for like a week or so) or should i add some more things
