A pre-race routine can be one of the most powerful habits a swimmer forms. In order to perform at your best, you need to prepare your body and mentality at your best. So, here are some of my favorite pre-race exercises in a routine to help you prime your self to RACE!!
In this video, you will have me introduce 21 of my favorite exercises to stay loose and stay primed behind the blocks. You can do these exercises anywhere, at any time, an all you need is a little bit of space.

Alex, no cap i was trash at butterfly (mainly because I'm not a year-round swimmer, just SAIL). Then I started doing ur workouts and I used some of these tips behind the blocks and managed to cut 11 seconds off. Now I have a chance to make classics! Thank you soo much!

OH YEA, THIS IS WHAT I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR, I got a 100 fly on June 10 I could prepare for this, thank you for all of your workouts alex. AND for the support, my brother was peaking what workout i was doing and then i said this the Apollo Athletic and i said he should try it out, you loved it :D

Alex!, Guess what! i got 2nd on the 100 meter butterfly with a 1 Minute And 12 seconds, the first place person got 2 seconds ahead!, I see a big improvement from me 1 year ago, 1 year ago I got 1 minute and 18 seconds, look at me now!
Please give endurance workout for swimmers.
