I started using this video this summer when I was swimming. I haven't been swimming in months, but I still find this to be a useful vid for cooling down after a workout where I've engaged upper and lower body extensively (HIIT, rowing, that sort of thing).

Decreased power output associated with static stretching comes from the fiber damages that muscles go through when being stretched in that manner. (McDaniel et al. 2008).
Loving all your swim specific sessions here. Great work. Do you have any workouts to help maintain body for beginner swimmers who have started doing longer swim sessions(2km), but aiming to increase from about 2 swims per week to 3-4 swims per week. Thanks again

it's great but you should do longer intervalls
if you lower the speed of the video, the intervals get longer
