This full body mobility routine is designed for athletes and beneficial for anyone. We go through 24 exercise from head to toe that to warm up your muscles and fortify their range of motion.
You can do this stretch workout anytime throughout the day. It's perfect for before and after your workouts or even first thing in the morning. You don't need any equipment or weights.
The video demonstrates the full workout which means you can follow right along with the exercises I'm doing. If you need extra rest, feel free to hit pause or otherwise watch it the whole way through.
