This is some thing I have been searching for a long time, will try it from today. My doubt is how often to do these stretches. Once or twice a day to have a better result.
Once or twice a day will make little difference. Staying consistent over long periods of time will show you the best results. Ex, every day for 3 months.
Thanks robin! I’d recommend holding each stretch until you feel a deep release/relaxation in the muscles. Usually this can be anywhere from 20 seconds to multiple minutes depending on the muscle and your level of fatigue.
Is there any specific stretches / exercise to prevent (and relieve) Swimmer’s Knee / Breastroker’s Knee? There are times where my left knee ‘pops’ during breastroke 😢 Thank you!
Thanks, man! A couple of months ago I would have laughed if someone said for me to finish this whole thing bc of how stiff I was. Now, I can do stretches I never thought would be possible for me to do! Also, every time I do a dryland breaststroke kick my hips pop. Would you happen to know of anything that will help this?
Can I become more flexible while doing swimming cause I am being in yoga from 3 years, and I have back flexibility as well as leg flexibility also ... I wanted to become more flexible now
What do how have my husband strained h is back yesterday, lifting something and my shoulder I feel in the upper back, I believe after whip lay a couple of months ago. Any ideas for Movements before we swim. I understand my body will need the months or so of this, but, we need THIS ASAP., THANKS This will or can help allot , thanks
You will want to do an extensive warmup before swimming if you are going in after injury. This may be a good routine for you. ruclips.net/video/-QrwYufEfxQ/видео.html
