    Cool, I've been doing a lot of strength workouts and feeling quite stiff lately, trying to learn some mobility exersices to fix that.

    This is great Alex, I needed this one. I've had hip flexibility issues for a while. I agree with you about how doing these correctly is important. Some of these can easily go from a stretch to a hyper extension if you over do it. YOU ARE GOAT ALEX!!!!!
