Hip Mobility For Swimmers | Quick Dryland Routine

  • It is mega important to LIBERATE your stiff hips in order to get the most out of your dolphin kicks, starts, and flip turns.
    With this routine, we train all the muscles and tendons that integrate with your hips with 21 different stretches and mobility exercises. The structure is designed to alternate between muscle groups to keep you releasing muscle tension and gaining flexibility throughout the entire routine.
    The video demonstrates the full workout which means you can follow right along with the exercises I'm doing. If you need extra rest, feel free to hit pause or otherwise watch it the whole way through.

    Cool, I've been doing a lot of strength workouts and feeling quite stiff lately, trying to learn some mobility exersices to fix that.

    This is great Alex, I needed this one. I've had hip flexibility issues for a while. I agree with you about how doing these correctly is important. Some of these can easily go from a stretch to a hyper extension if you over do it. YOU ARE GOAT ALEX!!!!!
