    Swimming workout butterfly sets for power in or outside the pool

    And i have a question, i been workout both my V-cut obliques evenly but my left one seems to be more obvious then the left one, do you know what causes this?

      Are you right or left handed? Think about which side you favor in activities and through out the day.
