It should be slightly arched. Ideally you want to engage your core and glute muscles to keep your core stable through the movement. Lower back arch is inevitable due to the nature of the range of motion it's just important not to exaggerate it.

Nice workout Alex! How often do you get to the pool these days? How about the gym?
3-4 Times per week in the pool, 6-7 times per week in the gym. 1-2 times per week at Yoga, 1 time per week at Hip-hop dance, and stretching 24/7.
