      I'll make sure to improve future voiceovers for you with better quality audio and content; or I'll remove it all-together.
      Otherwise, can you tell me what you find so stupid with the video so that I can work on fixing that as well?
      Hopefully we can make some changes and then perhaps someone will like me one day.

    24:04 the reason why I do these is because I really want to be a better swimmer I mean I’m good but I want to be better. I started doing this in last Friday and it helped me improve a lot in training. Thank you!

    I definitely do these on my own. Any time I can't get to the gym or am just looking for a good workout for swimmers, this is my go to channel. I'm gonna recommend this channel to some of the other guys on my team who are serious about getting better in the sport of swimming. Me and three other guys are so close to getting our sectionals cuts this season, so were working hard to get them by the end of this longcourse season. Keep up the good work man

      @@TheApolloAthletic im within less than 2 seconds in the 100 and 200 breast and the 100 fly, .5 in the 50 free. those are my main events. and yeah definetly going for the Junior Nats cuts as well. and thx

    Love the commentary!! After going through several of your workouts (which are awesome, btw), I do have one suggestion. Some of these exercises could be a lot more effective at targeting the muscles if you did one side for 30 seconds each instead of alternating the movement for 30 seconds. For example, the "side crunch + hip raise", the "table reach over and under" and any of the lunges could be converted into one side sections

    Great stuff, and thank you. I just can't hear you talking over the music. Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but it would be great to have some lower music volume, at least when you're speaking. Otherwise, great videos.
