    Great workout...a quick suggestion add previews of successive exercise so we dont waste the actual exercise time...besides that u just earned a sub 💖

    Hello, what level would this be for? I am a 13 year old with a 200 IM time of 2:50, would this be too hard? (I’m slow)

      Hey Raymond. This workout can be for any level Swimmer. If you feel it is too hard, you can shorten the work intervals or take extra rest as needed. Cheers!

    How much calories does it burn ? Would love to see in description everytime how much calories you burned during the workouts!

      Hey John. The calories burned will be different for every person who does the workout. It depends on your fitness level, what your heart rate is, and to what extent you are exerting yourself throughout the workout. Because it is different for each person it wouldn't be accurately estimated for a description.

      @@karalos6891 Nice work John. You got me thinking to try something new. You caught me just after recording a 12min dumbbell workout. My Apple watch tracked me at 85cal Active, 108cal Total, and 120BPM avg. heart rate. Would you like to see something along those lines in the description for the video?

      @@TheApolloAthletic would be nice. Ive done most of the swimer dryland and ive improved my swim along with alot practise in the water of course. Actually i do 1 or 2 everysingle day. Would also like to see more of your dryland no equipment like back workout or even upper body for swimmers.

      U can put the vid on silent and then use ur own music on another device, that's what I do ... just coz the music he uses isn't my type haha

    I think too many rests. I didnt feel my muscles were burning at the end of the workout. Maybe need to cut down the rest time. Overall a good workout.
