It depends on your fitness level, what your heart rate is, and to what extent you are exerting yourself throughout the workout. Because it is different for each person it wouldn't be accurately estimated for a description.

@@TheApolloAthletic would be nice. Ive done most of the swimer dryland and ive improved my swim along with alot practise in the water of course. Actually i do 1 or 2 everysingle day. Would also like to see more of your dryland no equipment like back workout or even upper body for swimmers.

I like what you do here with the workouts you propose but the music is a bit overwhelming in the videos...
U can put the vid on silent and then use ur own music on another device, that's what I do ... just coz the music he uses isn't my type haha

I think too many rests. I didnt feel my muscles were burning at the end of the workout. Maybe need to cut down the rest time. Overall a good workout.
