    I'm a novice crocheter, when I happened upon this tutorial a few months ago, I said, "what a brilliant idea, gotta try this." Well today I attempted and boy was I pleased. Your explanation, ease of up close visual made it quite easy to grasp the concept. Took a few tries, but now I'm zipping right along. Thank so much for this video.

    ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! GENIUS! I sure hope you can come up with single and half double crochet 2 rows at the same time. I would like to give you 21 more THUMBS UP to cancel out those who gave you 21 thumbs down.

    • @bethroundell8424

      I think you should be able to do those without a video. It is just a matter of holding the yo's on the hook until you have the 2nd stitch started. You go girl!

    • @kwin2163
      @kwin2163 5 лет назад +3

      Maybe its not about the technique. No idea but it is a thought the individuals didn't like something about the video. It would be nice if an order to give a thumbs down one would also be able to give a reason why they did the thumbs down so that it would a help the person doing the video to improve and be give the person doing the video a chance to explain what that person had an issue with at that time cuz the thumbs down really means nothing without an explanation ...just a thought

    Amy, I love this technique and thank you for sharing. I do have a question for you. At the end of row 2, when I go through the last regular looking stitch, it looks short-as if I should be doing another stitch on the small last stitch that was created by the chaining of the 6 (if that makes sense). I did a swatch like you, but, to me, it almost looks like you end up with 11 stitches. I'd love to see a video of you finishing to the end of row 2 so I can see what yours looks like. Thank you
