Girl.... you're my hero Your nifty tricks just increase the quality of my work 10 fold and make it seem as if I've been crocheting way longer then just 2 years
This is so amazing! I'm 67 and still learning wonderful tricks from wonderful people like you! Now that I gotten the hang of it, I don't even need the stitch marker. Thank you so much for sharing. My pumpkin gift bags look so much nicer without the seam.
I've been crocheting since the early 1990's, and this has been a source of irritation for me from the very start. I can't Wait to do this for all of the rest of my Christmas hats!!!!! Thank You!!!
Thank you Alysha! Your teaching style fits my learning style perfectly. You explain techniques clearly, make it easy to understand, and most importantly you don't go too fast and leave me confused and you don't go too slow and leave me impatient.
I have to say that this is simply THE BEST tutorial for an invisible seam that I have seen, and I’ve checked out a few!! 😜 I also love your style of presentation, brief, clear and to the point. I love the way you say ‘ don’t skip on’ and I did as I was told 🤣 Thank you so much for sharing this.
Omg...I've been crocheting for 26 yrs and I never knew this!!!!! Thanks girl!! I make dozens of winter beanies every year and now my join will be completely invisible!!! Im so excited!
Hello, if you've tried this method on a beanie, could you tell me whether you think it would work with more complex stitches like stitching into the third loop of a half double crochet stitch or not? Thanks!
Thank You, Thank You, It's like learning Yarn Science, lol ....I've been crocheting for years and this is the best solution. I usually do a continuous round and decrease the stitches down at the end.
Indeed a remarkable change. Will do in the future on all my crochet projects. I am crocheting for 65 years but I have never seen this technique. Thans for teaching an old dog a new trick.
Now that I just watched this, I am going to rip out what I have started for my daughters knee high stockings. How great with no seam in the back. Thank you
Great video!! I've avoided making sweaters in the round because I don't like the VISIBLE seam. Now, a new bunch of patterns has opened up. Goes to show you don't need to wear a cape to be a hero to crocheters.
I’m just about to try this on a hat I’m making for my dad. i’ve been crocheting for decades, and I haven’t ever done something like this with the invisible join. How fun to try something new! Thank you!
YES!! I've been trying to make my work look perfect and no matter what or how I do it, it always looks ridiculous to me after finishing a project! Freakin fantastic method. Girl you're a lifesaver!! Thank you! 😅❤
I love your tutorial! Thank you for explaining this technique so clearly! I’ve been crocheting since the 4th grade (I’m now 62) and I never knew there was a way to get away from that seam! 😍
I wish I had this technique years ago as it would have saved a lot of grief. This is amazing, and I am definitely going to use this from now on. Thank you for this!
I’ve been crocheting since I was 8 (i’m 40 now) and consider myself fairly knowledgeable. You just taught me something NEW! THANK YOU!! This is a game changer!
I am 43 years old and have been crocheting since I was 9 y/o and NEVER have I ever been able to create an invisible join. This is amazing!! Thank you for teaching this crochet veteran something new today!!! 👏🏻👏🏻😄 I'm so excited! 😆Lol 😂
THANK YOU! I am a bit of a perfectionist and seeing the join was DRIVING me nuts.. this is GREAT!! I think I will now crochet more!! Only thing i changed was to put the marker on the long loop so i could see the last stitch on the next round! Thanks again!!!
Wow, this is so impressive!!!! you've just elevated the craft to another level...Thank You for sharing your amazing tips, I really appreciate all that you do...
Спасибо вам огромное за объяснение. Надо же мне было выйти на ваш ролик, чтобы понять, как правильно соединить в ряды по кругу. Не зная английского языка, я поняла вас быстрее, чем отечественных блогеров😍
This is a wonderful tutorial! I really appreciate how easily the information was delivered, and with time stamps! I will be saving this video for future reference :-) Thank you!
this is amazing!!! thank you for this! ive been crocheting for years (more or less 12 now) and the seam always annoyed me even when i'd make sure to place it in the most inconspicuous location i could in my projects. this will definitely give me much more motivation to start on and finish larger projects like sweaters and pants!
I crochet since a few few few years and never manage the perfect join trying more different tutorials. Your is effective, simple and perfect, FINALLY I will be able to make a perfect sweater!!! Thank you dear ❤️
I've been crocheting for 40 + years but I still consider myself a beginner, I've only used single and double stiches and only straight (blankets) or in the round (hats). I've ALWAYS had an unsightly seam which sometimes can be hidden but oh my goodness this is a game changer. I'm working on a gift and am using your tip and the seam is almost invisible. Thank you so much, looking forward to watching more of your videos. 💕💕
Not only is this brilliant... but can I just say how much I appreciate your beautiful, UNsparkly fingertips? So many gals have fancy, perfect manicures which are so distracting to me. It's like, "LOOK at my nails! No, look at my NAILS!!" Thank you! (You have beautiful hands, by the way.)
I have NEVER watched one of your videos and not learned something!! I feel so much more confident and knowledgeable and my darling that is all because of these videos! So much gratitude from my heart to yours! May this year be your best year yet!! Thank you is not nearly enough!
Thank you so very much for sharing this technique with us. I have always wondered how or even IF you could stitch pattern pieces together without having a visible seam. So glad I found your channel. ❣❣❣
I only wish I had seen this two years ago. This is absolutely amazing! My grandma taught me how to crochet but she was left-handed so very challenging and I decided to start crocheting again so this is a helpful very clever way up crocheting a seam. 🎉🎉🎉
Wow! I've been crocheting for a really long time and hating that seam for nearly as long. This is just what I need to make my projects look less homemade and more handmade! Thank you!
As far as I'm concerned you're the GOAT for this little gem. An angel 👼 got their wings today. I'm going to send someone a random gift in honor of you because of this. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Thank you so much for explaining it. I saw this join in a different tutorial that was wordless. I was having issues counting stitches. Thank you for saying that we go into the 2nd stitch, and saying that last stitch is just the loop pulled long, and the chains are getting pushed to the back. The stitch marker REALLY helped. Thank you so much!
First of all - amasing technique, it looks so nice and explanations/instructions are all clear. A very good tutorial all around Second of all - i just need to say i love the way you explain stuff, the way you talk and all of that. It's really engaging and attention grabbing and my adhd ass needs that, yknow. Too many people have voices too monotone for me to keep up with, but this video was so easy because of your voice. Its really cool
I'm glad I seen this. I would get so annoyed with myself thinking I am doing it wrong because of the seams and the swirls. I've seen many people do seamless work. The ones I've asked that have done it for 50-60 years won't tell and just smile to keep their secret. So it lowered my confidence thinking I was wrong. After seeing this and others comments. I don't feel so bad or embarrassed anymore. I will be crocheting more now at 46. The cats out of the bag haha... Thank you!

I've redone my work trying to fix this diagonal seam, unsuccessfully so far. It was so ANNOYING. Thank you, I'll try this method!
I've been crocheting since the early 1990's, and this has been a source of irritation for me from the very start. I can't Wait to do this for all of the rest of my Christmas hats!!!!! Thank You!!!

So, so good to know this. Now I just need a time machine to go back and un-ugly all those projects where I didn't have this knowledge...

Problem here is that you still have a seam that's a bit thicker on the inside. Is there anything we can do to avoid a seam completely?
