    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

      Yep. Out gym closed sometime in April. Probably won't open again until September or October. And I'm in better shape than ever. Except those pesky hammer curls!

    Ok WOW. So did this arm workout yesterday, during the moment it wasn't too, too difficult, definitely felt it a little at the time. BUT THEN when I woke up this morning my triceps have felt the sorest they have ever been 👏💪extremely happy with these videos. My new favourites to watch 👍

    Just wanted to say thanks for this workout! I've been going between this one and another 20 mins arm workout with HAS FIT since March about 3-4 times a week and my triceps have not been this defined and strong since I was a teen baton twirler! Feeling great about my arms in all my summer tops

    Added this to the rotation. Time went by so quickly during this arm workout but this was more effective for me than following along with 2-3 shorter videos. Plus I didn’t waste my precious morning workout time figuring out which tried and true video I want to do next. Thanks

    Found this and love it, been doing this workout among others since Covid-19 isolation (about 3 weeks) and working from home. Love the energy of Claudia and Coach Kozac. The ab workout for those who get bored easily is one of my faves for obvious reasons "bored easily". But this one with a combo of some others (all great!) are keeping me fit and I plan to stick with this ...really making a difference. Also love short but effective workouts. Great stuff!

    I just found your channel last week due to me looking for a good arm exercise. I’m already down 1.2lbs I have 90+ pounds to lose and I’m 4 months postpartum. I’ve done online exercise before.     You guys are amazing. I have been trying different workouts from different coaches but this is the first time I feel like I can be consistent with it. Have been doing it for 10 days in a row and will keep doing these workouts. I have a question though.     I started this workout three weeks ago and It's getting easier, but not too easy yet. I can actually see a difference in my arm size! WOW! I started with 5 lb wights and for the past week and a half I've been using 10lb weights. Maybe go to 12lb?

      For anyone that cares, I'm now up to 15lb weights I increased all the reps by 4. This is what's working for ME. Gradually increase weight and reps. I'm on my 9th week. Every morning. Two people have asked if I'm working out as it shows in my arms.

      lol. Yeah, I started off light because I'm a bit older than you and it's been awhile since I worked out. I'm doing 14lb weights and I've tripled the reps. I noticed my arms firming up in about a week and in about three weeks my arms were visibly larger. I'm not working right now so I have time to do this six days a week. Instead of using weights that are too heavy I just increased the reps. "Feel the burn!" Good luck!

      @@shanice8705 I've been doing hasfit's arm workouts 3 times a week followed by a protein shake after each workout. Once in a while I did Pamela Reif's too arm workouts too. My arms have become stronger and I do have some muscle definition now when I flex...

      Hey. Cool, I saw your post and just wanted to say that in 1 1/2 month my arm size increased by about 1 1/2 inch. I do this workout every morning. Over time I increased the reps by 2 or 3. Started with 5 lb, then 8 lb, 10 lb, and now I'm at 12 lb weights. keep it up, my man. You won't be sorry! I promise!!

      Three times a week for first week. Start with lighter weights and work up. Better than starting with too heavy a weight and pulling a muscle or something.
