Ok WOW. So did this arm workout yesterday, during the moment it wasn't too, too difficult, definitely felt it a little at the time. BUT THEN when I woke up this morning my triceps have felt the sorest they have ever been 👏💪extremely happy with these videos. My new favourites to watch 👍

I started this workout three weeks ago and It's getting easier, but not too easy yet. I can actually see a difference in my arm size! WOW! I started with 5 lb wights and for the past week and a half I've been using 10lb weights. Maybe go to 12lb?
For anyone that cares, I'm now up to 15lb weights I increased all the reps by 4. This is what's working for ME. Gradually increase weight and reps. I'm on my 9th week. Every morning. Two people have asked if I'm working out as it shows in my arms.

lol. Yeah, I started off light because I'm a bit older than you and it's been awhile since I worked out. I'm doing 14lb weights and I've tripled the reps. I noticed my arms firming up in about a week and in about three weeks my arms were visibly larger. I'm not working right now so I have time to do this six days a week. Instead of using weights that are too heavy I just increased the reps. "Feel the burn!" Good luck!
Just wanted to say thanks for this workout! I've been going between this one and another 20 mins arm workout with HAS FIT since March about 3-4 times a week and my triceps have not been this defined and strong since I was a teen baton twirler! Feeling great about my arms in all my summer tops

Added this to the rotation. Time went by so quickly during this arm workout but this was more effective for me than following along with 2-3 shorter videos. Plus I didn’t waste my precious morning workout time figuring out which tried and true video I want to do next. Thanks

Found this and love it, been doing this workout among others since Covid-19 isolation (about 3 weeks) and working from home. Love the energy of Claudia and Coach Kozac. The ab workout for those who get bored easily is one of my faves for obvious reasons "bored easily". But this one with a combo of some others (all great!) are keeping me fit and I plan to stick with this ...really making a difference. Also love short but effective workouts. Great stuff!
