Love this workout as well as your senior workouts. My suggestion, that would make your videos even more awesome, would be to have a work counter so we know how much longer each exercise is going to last. If I knew how much time I have left, I might push out that last rep or two before giving up. Thanks for all you do for the HASfit Tribe!

A question: do you make upper body workouts (bi's, tri's, shoulders, back & chest)? Many of us just don't have the time to spend 25 mins on just bi's and triceps. I do like your workouts; they focus on good form and they are straightforward. Thank you.
Amazing but I don't know why while doing it, the most pressure was on my forearms and palms and didn't really feel it in my biceps, am I doing it wrong?
