      Love you all. Can’t express how helpful all your unique workout programs have been.
      Clearly a lot of time and thought places into them.
      I will say that I miss the old format. There was a less sterile
      And more organic feel to it. Little more spontaneity and humor/comments and less invasive music.

    I’ve been working out for over 2 years. Getting more serious about toning and building muscle at 63.

    Love this workout as well as your senior workouts. My suggestion, that would make your videos even more awesome, would be to have a work counter so we know how much longer each exercise is going to last. If I knew how much time I have left, I might push out that last rep or two before giving up. Thanks for all you do for the HASfit Tribe!

    A question: do you make upper body workouts (bi's, tri's, shoulders, back & chest)? Many of us just don't have the time to spend 25 mins on just bi's and triceps. I do like your workouts; they focus on good form and they are straightforward. Thank you.

    Amazing but I don't know why while doing it, the most pressure was on my forearms and palms and didn't really feel it in my biceps, am I doing it wrong?
