      That’s what I’m saying it’s not the external rotations that really hurt me it’s the combo he throws in with the push-ups+External rotation=HELL

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    I'm gonna be honest I got through 20 minutes and I'm typing this from my bed covered in sweat and unable to stand that was honestly the most intense workout I've ever even attempted in my life, my arms are burning and I can just about move my fingertips to type this but on the inside I feel amazing because I've never committed to working out before and this time I feel like I could actually do it so thank you very much 🙌🏻

    As a 15 year old doing this workout i found my strength increasing each time, a month ago i could barly finsh but now im breezing thru it. Thanks for the workout! ( 20 and 15 pound dumbells btw)

    Oh my days tried this workout for the first time and I was absolutely gassed! Minimal rest, constant tension invoved whilst lifting weights and fatigue but throughly enjoyed it! The workout is also great as it incorporates supersets so you get a lot done in a short space of time! Will most definitely do more of these

    This was a well crafted workout, loved the format using 12.5 & 10kg DBs. There is a lot of time under tension which really increases the burn and you get a serious pump. Great results for just 30 mins and a really effective arm and shoulders session

    This is epic. I am working with only about half the weight in the video and by the time it gets to push ups I have to do them on my knees because my body is exhausted. Will be hitting this regularly from now on!

    Hi there, been doing this training for a while, like 20times now, and im finnally able to do at least 10/12reps in every exercise! Love ur work, thank u! 😁 ps: i wish i could mute the music, not cuz its bad, but cuz for the 20time its so annoying and reminds me how dead im gonna be in the end of the workout! 😂😂

    Another awesome workout! I do follow other you-tubers but I must say these videos are more strength focused and that's just what I needed! I work construction and get plenty of cardio at work and would rather easy to follow videos such as these instead of doing moves like a contortionist! Very old school exercises along with some new variations...I love it!

    Hi TIFF x DAN, I love your 20 min ab workout and have incorporated it into my regular workout schedule. I would really love an arm/shoulder day like this video but I don't have dumbells. I do have the fitness bands with handles. Could you do a 20-25 minute bis, tris, and shoulder workout like this without equipment or with only bands?

    Second time doing this routine! Just love it, short but effective. It is really difficult to find a good arms and shoulders routine with dumbbells on RUclips unfortunately but I am glad that I have found this channel, all the videos are great and helpful. I just loved the combination of exercises with dumbbells and bodyweight ones! Also the format was lovely!!! Just amazing and valuable content tbh.
