Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I am 75 and have been exercising with Hastfit for over 10 years. I absolutely LOVE your programs! The variety in length and intensity makes for a great choice. It has also been fun watching your family grow. Keep it up! Because of your workouts, I am still competitively racing my 34' sailboat, biking, hiking, kayaking etc. Thank you!

Hasfit is a go to channel for workouts. Safe and effective. I find picking one and doing it every 2nd or 3rd day for a few months really gets results without injury. Favorite right now is "60 Min Workout with Dumbbells". Always look forward to my Hasfit workout day.
I had a surgery on my arm and after months of resting and physical therapy I can now start working out again. But I was very hesitant and discouraged by my fear of not being as strong as I used to be. But Hasfit always encourages me and never makes me feel bad about using a lighter weight. I actually did way better than I thought I would. Now I'm feeling confident that I'll be back were I left off in no time! Thank you guys so much

Haven’t seen one of these videos in a couple years. These Got me into lifting. Now I’m up 50lbs from my original weight. Went from not being able to do a push-up at 16 to repping 205 on bench and repping 60lb weighted pull ups.

I just had a car accident a few weeks ago and I can`t attend the gym for medical recommendations. I came across the HASfit what is saving my life! The modifications performed by Claudia are spot on! Thanks so very much for this. This is keeping me active until I am able to come back to my usual HIIT sessions! All the best for both!
I love hasfit! Please can you have a longer video for lower body (legs/glutes) look through your videos you don't have any longer than 45 minutes but I find 1 hour upper workouts. Thank you
I love this 20 min workout. I do it when pressed for time. Been Hasfitting since mid Sept and I love how I'm spoilt for choice. Do one video everyday and once in a while, may take a day off if I feel a little sore . ABsolutely love you guys.

Are one arm tricep extensions safe for a pregnant woman in the third trimester? I was told to avoid being on my back when I workout. Is there an alternative workout that I can substitute with?

Yo, i LOVE your videos. Workout for them a couple of times a week. BUT. One thing that really bothers me and brings down my motivation is your constant pointing out that do this and you will "look better". Looking good is not limited to a certain kind of size. Health isnt either. Please let the workout be about becoming strong and healthy. Not looking in a certain way. Besides this, thanks for the awesome content.
