In 2024, I still thank you for these workouts guys!! You should definitely put out there more intense workouts like these ones!!
First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I am so greatful to God that I found these today. My arms are on fire... I have 80 pounds to lose and I want to do it right this time with diet, exercise and alot of patience with my body.

The calories burned calculation is determined using a standard formula for strength training. The range on the screen is based on 2 things. 1. Intensity 2. Body weight with the bottom number representing those in the 120 lbs range and the top number representing those in the 200 lbs range.

Love these - just started the 90 day Warrior workout AGAIN (haven't completed yet haha, keep getting sent on business trips and having to start over). I've given up alcohol completely for the duration to try and get through this time, then can't wait to jump into these new workouts....curious - what weight are you using there coach? I usually use 6 kgs for most routines except for strength training where I use 10 kgs, and the MMA/Kickboxing when I use a pair of 4 pounders

I am day 3 into the Warrior 90 HITT Program and really enjoying it. I have one question regarding meals before workouts. I normally workout in the mornings before eating any breakfast and have not had any problems with working out. However, I would like your input on this: is it better to eat or not eat prior to a workout?
