    After about 9 months of neck pain, I found this video and tried sleeping with a rolled up towel. I had to get used to sleeping on my back, as I was used to either stomach or side sleeping. Anyway, all my neck pain is gone. It totally worked for me and I am pain free. Absolutely amazing.

      Did you do anything else like physical therapy or take medications? My stiff neck is killing me 😩🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve tried different pillows and muscle relaxers so far and nothings been helping! Im going to try this towel pillow method & start physical therapy to see if that helps ):

    • @dupecoop
      @dupecoop Год назад +2

      @@jesusiskingofmyheart I had tried muscle relaxers and other solutions. This was the only thing that worked. Literally took two nights to make the neck pain vanish. It came back a couple years later and the towel once again did the trick. I posted this on my Facebook page and a friend had the same result after dealing with neck pain and stiffness for years.
      Sleep on your back as long as you can, but you can roll over to one side if that becomes uncomfortable.
      This tip was a life changer for me. I hope you have the same results Romana. Good luck!

    I put towel in tumble dryer, take it out just before it's dry so it's hot and slightly damp, wrapping that round your neck is a great way for instant relief of achey neck.

    Thank you! Thanks for mentioning sleeping with no pillow, I've been doing that out of frustration. The expensive cervical pillow with the trapezoid center caused my head to pitch forward and made it feel worse (reverse curve). After that I slept with a travel pillow, it was better but my favorite one broke in half. Haven't found another and have been sleeping on rolled up scarves but will try a larger towel after watching this. I was just doing it for comfort but it's good to hear it might help restore curve as well. You are a saint to offer free information without selling people crap they don't need. Thank you!!!

    I have had right sided neck pain on movement for over a year. Been on muscle relaxers, pain pills, had two epidurals and radio frequency ablation. Saw a chiropractor. Been doing your neck exercises. Saw this yesterday, tried sleeping with the towel under my neck, this morning it didn't ache and have been doing normal housework, and I can barely feel any pain in my neck, and by now I would have been uncomfortable. Thank you doctor, I think you have showed me the cure! ☺️. By the way, I have tried quite a few of your other treatments for energy, sleep, tinnitus, posture and they have all benefited me. You are a true healer and very kind person to spread your information to others. Thank you for care.

    25 yrs of severe chronic pain, almost 1/2 my life. I wake screaming from my neck. Then it migrates to nerve pain all over. I have viral problems. I have full blown addisons, thyroid, liver, kidney dysfunction, I am toxic and very deficient in hormones and minerals. They may or may not be related to my neck. It took until I was 45 (& at that time I had not used a computer much or ever sent a txt) to pick up my completely flat feet. My neck has lost all natural curve and sticks straight out to the front. One of our best hospital pain clinics told me I had the worst bound up thorasic they'd ever seen but didn't even look at my posture. (this was in 2000) So yes, I have kyphosis, scoliosis. After 10 yrs on orthotics & being postural aware, doing exercises, I can stand up much straighter, pecs have loosened, can pull my shoulders back. But now my neck has disc damage c4/5, c5/6 mostly, bone on bone one neck surgeon said, I have nerve compression, bulging discs, bone spurs and facet joint damage at every level down into my thorasic or as far as they did the mri. It is advanced at c2/3, moderate at every other level. Nobody will give me any advice I guess because it is confusing as to where the pain is coming from. But I would suggest both my viral & neck problems. My posture wasn't good but I dont know why in the last 4 years the facet joints have gone from mild to advanced damage. It is so fantastic of you to put these videos up. I was suicidal yesterday until I came across these. I hope they bring you some business.

    I use an airport pillow. Also holding my phone up forcing me to look up is very helpful. Also the doc has a video where you look straight ahead and follow you finger left right as far as it will go without moving your head to flex the muscles in your neck. Feels awkward at first but it really works
