My body actually feels good and relieved after stretching. It works for me and I think it one of the good indoor exercises because it helps to keep mind and body together.

Your workouts and stretches are the only ones I've ever been able to feel are the correct Beginner level for someone starting their journey. When physical limitations affect someone's ability to 'keep up' with all the other trainers out there.. you have a gentle and accessible pace that can be followed. THANK you!

I love all your 10 minute stretch routines Schellea, and it's great to have a new one. I personally like the yoga moves you do in several routines, and I'd love to see a routine with *all* yoga moves. Just done this one following your latest 30 minute routine which is also great. Thank you very much for this. I'm 35, but down with severe arthritis involving multiple joints. I can't get out of bed in the morning due to the rigidity and stiffness of my back. This stretching helped me to get a big relief. Plus, it improves my mood very much ❤

Doing stretching before excercise is the most important thing. These stretches are really comfortable and nicely pumping blood before workout. Highly recommend 💯

I can squat deeply though there’s many things I can’t do especially with my left leg and hip
That squat is the most miserable thing I've ever done. Just can't do it. I can get down pretty much but can't keep my back straight and it hurts! Not for me! The rest is beautiful though.

I'm enjoying these exercises which are fun and fabulous - I'm determined to do them daily. Recovering from a back injury so I am doing them completely, at my own pace & know that I'll improve.

Such an excellent morning stretch. Thanks so much. For that deep squat, I use my big mobility ball and lean against it into a squat. I get the same stretch but also the needed support.
I just finished this ! I like how it has all my favorite stretches you do in one session . The music is lovely and I like the corner pot with the light ! This is an amazing video! I've been looking for a full body stretching routine that is easy to follow and effective, and this video has exceeded my expectations. I love these stretches and I adapted to the low swat by sitting on the bed!. I'm 72 and looking forward to having my right knee replaced in May. Then all my joints will be new!! Your exercises will help me get through rehab, that I am sure of!!

My quads and my hamstrings are not as flexible as they use to be, I’m going to need to keep practicing these stretches after walking and bike riding. Very relaxing music to do this by.
