I will share a great self-adjusting technique for pain between the shoulder blades in this video.
I will demonstrate how to make your own self-adjusting device, using two tennis balls and a sock!
This same device then turns into a brilliant self-massage device for you to use on the muscle knots!
I will also share a great mobility exercise with you for the same area.
Combining all these techniques will provide immediate pain relief and prevention for these problems to come back!
Good luck and please let me know how you get on with these exercises in the comments.

Don't do any of these exercises nor look at any other video for exercises. I tried them all for hours upon end for over a week and none of it works. I simply started cleaning my house. I swept and mopped my whole house wipe stuff down and cleaned out closets. As of now, I'm pain free. I killed two birds with one stone, clean my house and killed my pain.

I've had this shoulder blade pain for the past 2 years after a weird volleyball jump in a volleyball tournament. It eventually became costocondritis but it is slowly getting better after a few therapy sessions. I wanted to look for more exercises and these seem helpful. Thanks doc!
