My youngest kiddo is 3. When he was 1 my brother died unexpectedly a couple days after Christmas. The last two years I completely gave up on myself. I started watching your vlogs again and for the last month. I have been working out again and doing weekly facials and fueling my body. I am starting to feel human again and I am so greatful for the bright light you are ❤

I absolutely loved this vlog! Honestly quite possibly one of the most realistic depictions of day to day life and getting back into the groove after a holiday. Fox and Malachai are beautiful boys and have such kind hearts which just goes to show how you are raising them. You’re such a wonderful person and you and Kurt are raising them to be like you and that’s truly a beautiful thing!

Malakai seems so developmentally normal (maybe a better word average, within the norm) of any other toddler! He makes eye contact, is aware & alert, he's bright and sharp, & he's connecting to everyone around him. He's perfect! I hate that doctor who ever made you doubt this perfect baby!

Travel, especially airplane travel, is extremely dehydrating to the body. Constipation is a symptom of dehydration. All you need is extra sodium, potassium, and magnesium and your bowel movements will go back to normal. ☺️
Fox and Maliki are the sweetest little babies. I can't believe how big Fox is now. It seems like just yesterday Sarah was announcing her pregnancies with both and now their both so big. And Fox is already talking in full sentences and helping in the kitchen. It's so sweet and precious.

I needed this! I haven't been to the gym for 3 months after a year of dedication. I barely started exercising again last week after feeling disgusted with my constant fatigue and laziness.
The fact that you can shower while watching your baby, to me it already means u have ur life together. I couldn’t shower without my daughter being with my husband for the first two years after she was born. And even like this she would end up crying for me and knocking on the door many times.

Coconut water is a natural laxative 👍🏻 if you can’t stand it, coconut milk (in the carton, not the canned) works pretty well, too.
