    These tips are giving me life!!! I had to rewind to tip #7, 7 times lol it is what I needed to hear today. I’m just feeling so stressed out with myself for not being as efficient as I want to be. I have two toddlers, a home, full time work and part time university and now that I’m typing this all out I’m realizing how silly it is to set these impossible expectations for myself like keeping the house tidy, feeding my family healthy, from-scratch meals daily, taking care of myself, keeping my grades up, etc. I love y’all! Thank y’all for inspiring a fellow new-ish mom & wife. (Today is our 4 year anniversary). God bless!

    Okay I LOVED this video. Probably my favorite video you’ve ever done and here’s why. You constantly motivate me. I’m in sort of the same season except you are CRUSHING it. I feel like I need to watch this daily to keep motivated. I’m 3 weeks postpartum with my second baby and Kurt’s tip about owning your season is everything I needed to hear right now. Thank you for this. Moreeeee of these!!! Alllll the day in the life vlogs you do motivate me. Oh and little Fox just hyping you, is a wholeeee moment. Have nanny, lots of family, friends and partner, who’s gonna help you with kids
      I have one child, no childcare (too expensive in UK), no family closer than 250 miles away and we’re both working (husband and I) and we have NO TIME to workout and I’m not exaggerating, but it does get easier with the time, when the kids get older and you can do home workouts
      Majority of people are in a different situation than Sarah, she has people working for her, family and definitely different financial situation

      Short high intensity workouts. Longer workouts are not for 'this season' of life with littles. You can fit them in during a quiet moment both babes are distracted, right before they're awake, after they're asleep or as you watch them play in the bath. Sometimes they'll even enjoy watching you or joining in.

    Nutritionist here! Please careful you all with zinc, zinc should only be taken very short term like if you’ve been exposed to someone who’s sick or if you are sick…but long term wise you either taken it with a copper supplement or dont take it at all. Long term zinc consumption can cause copper deficiency, leading to other health problems including anemia.

    Sarah ❤TIP TO OPEN A JAR!!
    Once I learned, no going back.
    If you put the tip of a spoon in between the jar lid and the glass, and push the spoon down, air can go in the jar and it unlocks it. I hope I explained it properly.
    Loved the video!!❤

  • @watercolourartincapetown2919
    @watercolourartincapetown2919 2 года назад +1

    15:40 take a butter knife 🍴 then use it to pierce the air out of the jar
    Turn the jar upside down and find Where the aluminum lid touches the glass . You have to dog the knife in between that
    You’ll hear a pop sound
    And voila !
    Easy to open

  • @Pauline-ue1lr
    @Pauline-ue1lr 2 года назад +1

    Lifehack to open jars: Take the back of a teaspoon (not the part you are eating with, but the other side), squeeze it under the lid so that it stucks there and then press the handle towards the jar until it makes a floppy noise. Thereby air gets into the jar and it is very easy to open the lid.

  • @virgosun1991
    @virgosun1991 2 года назад +1

    "In their quest for perfection, Virgos are actually hardest of all on themselves. This natural Virgo trait of seeking always to improve runs amok when there are deep-seated fears of not being "good enough-ever."
    A Virgo that does too much can burn out and end up with digestive disorders. This is symbolic of taking in too much stimulation without having a chance to digest it. "Less is more," should be a powerful Virgo mantra. Though Virgos can handle a lot of tasks, variety, and well-considered change, the overwhelmed Virgo is irritable, touchy and not clear-sighted.
    Fortunately, it can be a simple matter to avoid extremes. Most Virgos just have to learn how to say "no" when appropriate, delegate responsibility and take time for themselves."

    I love this so much!! The breathing tip is so good- I have chronic hypocapnia and respiratory alkalosis (blah blah name doesn’t really matter lol) due to a concussion I got, but anyways because of that I’ve been to a ton of doctors because I didn’t have a diagnosis for the longest time but now along with meds and stuff are breathing exercises and it’s actually even more than just like placebo or feeling like it resets your brain, it actually puts your body into parasympathetic mode which is ‘rest & digest’ mode so it’s legitimately changing how your body is operating which is super cool!! Highly recommend the book “Breathe” by James Nestor. It actually changed my life it’s such a good book!!

    A bit of science to explain your breathing tip; our breath (our lungs), is the only part of our body that's both part of the somatic (voluntary) nervous system and the autonomic (involuntary) nervous system. It's the only part of our body that both reacts involuntary to imagined or real stimulus (perceived or actual stress) and that we have control over. So taking a moment to deepen our breath when we're stressed is a FABULOUS way to regulate our heart rate, blood pressure, and lower our stress as it tricks our body into "relaxation" mode.

    Golly, I needed to hear the tip about honoring your season. I’m SO incredibly hard on myself if I drop the ball even one time with my routine. I have had moments lately where I’ll vent to my husband telling him I feel so disappointed with myself when I miss the gym or my house is messy. Yay, Breathing Tip!!! I teach breathing lol 😆 Breathing correctly is sooo underrated. (With your belly - and not your neck and shoulders.) It's free and life changing. Love to see you sharing this! Thank you 💚

    If you stick a butter knife under the lid of the jar you're trying to open and give it a small little twist you should hear a pop and the lid will twist right off! Literally saved my life.

    Awesome tips a lot we already know but definitely need to be reminded of them. Love a bit of magnesium at night haven’t tried that one tho. Great tip 😉

    Guys! With opening jars, hold the jar and knock the side of the lid on a hard surface like the floor or concrete (so you don't mark your bench) and you'll hear the seal of the lid pop, then you can effortlessly open it👍

    I have a tip, unsure if it's healthy but it's a tip. My dad taught me if I couldn't open a jar to bang the side of the lid with your palm. However, this hurts so I just bang the side of the lid against my kitchen bench, you'll hear a pop and then you'll be able to open it. Life changing xx

    Tip! If you ever can't open a jar, bang the side of the lid on your counter or run the top under warm water and it'll open!😊

    With the jar opening, just whack the corner of the lid on the bench a couple times. It jolts the seal and its soooo much easier to open after. Healthy tip #11 LOL!

    Love these kinds of videos, very inspiring. So cute you and Fox trying to open the jar! Just bang the lid on your counter, it’ll disturb the air seal and open up super easy!

    Best tip for opening a jar: get a knife and whack around the edge of the lid and it will pop the seal. 👍🏼🙏🙏 I do it all the time!

    Put a knife between the pot and the lid from the bottom on up and tilt it till you hear a ticking sound. Then you open the lid easily 🎉❤

    **TIP** O.K. -Random as can be, but there is an easy way to open jars. You need to break the vacuum seal - take a spoon and pop it between the jar and the lead. tilt it so it will move a tiny bit the lead and that there is no vacuum and it's easy peasy to open.

    Loved this video! I watched it while doing the dishes and it motivated me to still have a productive day while house bound in the rain as a stay at home mum! X
    I would love to also see a vlog type video where you show exactly how/when you do stuff like your skincare and workouts and where the boys are or how you get them to sleep or have quiet time together - I just need some tips :))
