I’ve gone back and watched your videos from when you were pregnant with Fox for relatability of the first pregnancy experience and it has been soooo nice! Now that you’re having your 3rd I would love to see a video from you about your reflections on 1st vs 3rd pregnancy and what you would tell yourself then that you know now! You’ve changed so much and it’s just been beautiful to see you in so many seasons of your life. xx

I have 3 (youngest turned 3 month yesterday!) and can truly say it’s exactly as you described - you roll with the punches and just give yourself extra time to get places and you’ll honestly do great! I feel like 1-2 was way harder than 2-3.
I also had SPD with both pregnancies. I noticed more
Fit girlies get it- I did SPD specific
Exercises to strengthen the pelvic joint everyday like bridges and it really made a differences. Also, you’re doing great mama!

She’s great! Yep we have a dog walker as it’s too hard to get her out enough with the boys not really wanting to go on ‘walks’

My 1st is 3 soon and i feel like the light has entered!! My daughter decided no more nappies she is not a baby 😅 she sees her sister whos 4 months in nappies. My nearly 3 year old is a little girl now 🥲 getting less and less destructive and chaotic in this house 😂 ahhh to go through it all again 😂😂

I had my second baby completely natural, only had oxygen for help, felt pain of a 3 about 30 minutes after, but padsicles were still a must!! 😂 good luck mama

I’m sorry, but are you using any special pillows to help you sleep on your stomach? I thought I saw you laying on your stomach and at 32 weeks I can’t imagine being that comfortable. Im 22 weeks and I cannot lay down on my stomach for shit. Please suggest something to me if you can.

I have 3 a 5, 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 year old and it is NUTS in the evenings. I do the most in the morning because around dinner time they're so worn out and tired and hungry and absolutely nuts hahha. I have been watching you for about 7 years and can relate so much. My third trimester for all my kids I was the best mentally even though you're exhausted and uncomfortable but I love the third trimester. And call me weird but I love birth and right after I feel the best it's this natural high you can't even explain unless you've done it! I had all my kids naturally with no epidural and it really it so different by just that! ❤ sending love your way for baby boy #3. I have 2 and a daughter is my oldest
