I must also add the fact that Eobard said to Jax that the design for the anti-Speed Force gun was his own. And in comics, Black Hole was responsible for creating anti-speedster weapons.

To be fair, Eobard`s been portrayed both ways. C. Thomas Howell`s DCAMU Professor Zoom/Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash is also more of a softspoken sadist serial killer type villain and seems concerned about Barry fucking up the timeline like his CW counterpart whereas Thawne in The Comics regularly fucks up timelines for his own selfish gain with no fucks given!

Eddies body when into the speed force it could possibly be that Eddie is kept alive somehow or that the negative speed force just keeps him from being erased
My theory is that Eddie killed himself and in doing so it also erased Thawne from the timeline, but not his actions. The Thawne we saw getting erased was the oldest version yet, trapped 15 years in the past. But is not the last one. Younger versions had appeared multiple times across time. And even if you killed one of them, there will always be another one. Esencially he-s the ultimate paradox. He died but he will always return.
I’m pretty sure Gideon calling him Professor, is a reference to Professor Zoom, his name from the comics.
The Speed Force Academy doesn’t happen until the Rebirth storyline with Godspeed, I believe but since he’s from the future it could still exist.

@@-subhajitchatterjee No, the reverse flash from season 1-2 had no idea of Nora's existence, that was BEFORE when Barry travelled back in time and changed everything. After RF rekilling his mother, everything changed and RF came along with the Flash. The original RF had no idea who Nora was, that's why he mentioned Dawn, when they both travelled back in time to drain Cicada's dark matter.

But when he traveled back in time he saw himself fighting the flash and he found out that they are mortal enemies which screw is head and made him become his enemy

It's clear that E got superspeed from the speedforce and became a wannabe Flash in the future but he wasn't as fast as most speedsters, The real Flash shows up in the future one day and knows E and inadvertently ruins E's life and maybe E's family, So after the real Flash goes back home, E full of rage and wanting revenge eventually taps into the Reverse speedforce to make him just fast enough to time travel, he finds out the right time and the real Flash's name and get's his revenge but by doing so he loses his connection to the proper speedforce thus getting him stuck in time which causes his need to make Barry the Flash and recreating the speedforce so he can get back to his own time. E loves his family still and would do anything to get back and fix it But he never turns down a chance at revenge.

One thing I would like to point out, now it was directly stated that Eobard is way way way faster than Zoom (due to the fact that making Time Mirages uses/needs more speed than a Time remnant), While I like the whole Eobard knows about Zoom because he fought him. I think that Eobard knows who Zoom is because, Eobard studied who Flash is. In season 5, in the Flash Museum, it shows ALL the Flash's villain's. But I still think it would be pretty cool, Reverse Flash vs Zoom.

I was seriously confused about the whole timeline thing with Thawne and Barry so thanks for this video! Really cleared things up!
I kind of feel bad for Eobard considering he was actually a decent person before he found out that he was destined to be evil. And considering the negative speed force can warp your thoughts and opinions, that probably led to him actually turning evil.

LABS will recognise Barry, but obviuosly Dr. Wells immediately knew he was from the future due to the time wraiths. They both were still Barry Allen. ( 1 from the past ) ( 1 from the future ).

Hey, Reverse Fuhrer. I love your theory on Thawne's origin. That would have been so perfect. Maybe they could do an origin story on the CW Seed. Hey, I also have a theory, but it's about Cobalt Blue and how they could incorporate him into the Arrowverse. I think Cobalt Blue should be Eddie's long lost twin brother who learns about his brother's death through an old Central City newspaper back in 2015. Cobalt Blue gets angry at those responsible for his brother's death, and decides to target Team Flash physically and psychologically.

This sounds like an awesome theory, but the last part with zoom vs RF seems a bit like...fan fiction. No offense, but I do like the theory, it would be interesting if the show runners try to flesh out RF’s origins in the next season. But that’s a cool idea, and flash has honestly gone downhill since season 2 ( in my opinion), so they probably won’t do it :(
