8:36- 8:38 anyone else saw how Savitar started kinda nodding his head and smiling because he realized that his plan to fool Barry was working that’s why after he hear about what 2024 flash told him about the time remnant he made up a fake story to go along with how all this came to be and what proves the time remnant thing is false is that when Barry’s remnant died in season 2 Barry the real Barry didn’t died to but when Barry lost his memory savitar did to also from s5ep 17 the two time sphere things both were affected when one thing happened to each other kinda like savitar and Barry but if they where time remnants Barry and savitar wouldn’t have both lost there memory proving that savitar and Barry are just different versions of them selfs from different times just like the time sphere things in s5 ep 17.
I know I'm just seeing this now but I knew something wasn't right when I watched that Barry was savitar and when they were talking but now I get it and if u think about it it's scary 😂

Imagine if savitar was the future flash that disappeared when thawne killed Barry's mother and not being able to come home turned him bitter and he became savitar after Flashpoint seeing Barry ignore his sacrifice by creating another Flashpoint
I think that's exactly what it is, because in the event that Nora showed herself in season five ,the newspaper of her future says "25 years and flash still missing "the only possibility for that is that future flash is trapped in the speed force.

My two biggest problems with the 'Savitar is a time remnant' thing are 1) that I cannot believe that team Flash would "shun" the time remnant. If you recall what the team said about Barry's time remnant in the season 2 finale it really doesn't make any sense. Besides, Barry and the time remnant would be the only ones who actually know which one the time remnant is since they are exactly the same. 2) If Savitar is a time remnant why would he ever reveal that to Barry. Just knowing that Savitar is a time remnant should keep Barry from ever creating a time remnant again, especially to fight Savitar.
Exactly on your points, for some reason Savitar bring future Barry makes more sense than the show making him a time remnant, plus why wouldn’t the Barry in 2024 tell present day Barry who savitar is if he knew, Barry in the video says that them having the conversation and knowing savitar identity is changing the future but savitar replies with saying “are we” meaning that knowing his identity always happened.

If I'm understanding correctly, you're saying future Barry goes from extreme sadness and depression to eventually giving in to bitterness and rage.
Yeah.
What happened was
Barry viewed into the future and watched Iris die. His belief in this future caused a new timeline to be created, the one with Savitar. The future Savitar realizes that his future is only a singular possibility, so he goes back and attempts to make his future a reality. He has memories of a possible Barry, one that went through the trauma of Iris dying. This is why he has such shock when it was H.R. that died, because to him that never happened. Barry's view into the future caused Savitar to exist, because Barry was pulled out before the H.R reveal.

I always thought Savitar was the time remnant that “killed himself” during the race that ended Zoom. Instead of dying he was forced to watch his mother die until it broke him and he becomes evil

Did anyone else hear future Barry say “mostly” to young Barry when he was explaining that Barry would do anything to save iris, even make times remnants. Future Barry says “You will even creat time remnants of yourself and Savitar will kil them all mostly”

I think that the "future" barry the long haired one is actually the time remnant and everything was like savitar told us but the twist was that the long hair dude(aka real time remnant) made everyone belive that he is the actuall barry and when the reall barry was rejected he felt devastated and belived that he is time remnant and he fought the long hair barry and he made him that scar so he can never convice others that he is barry so he wanted to destroy the long haired dude becoude like he said he has his memmories and feelings

To me the mostly part sounded a little hurried like he almost forgot to say that little part, then rembered the whole savitar "is a time remenant" and quickly added it to it, to hint to present Barry that savitar is a remenant and the surviver
Honestly, this whole season (3) is just packed with confusion. Savitar reveals that Barry hasn't fought DeVoe yet but in this timeline Barry by 2024 all but gave up on being a hero. So are they really saying that even after Iris died that broken version of Barry beat DeVoe while also tracking and fighting Savitar? Yeah, idk. Plus, a scene from season 5 that gets overlooked, kind of matches this theory. When Barry and Nora do the time hack and visit Thawne, Thawne says basically that it's funny that Barry hates him when: "a version of him is Savitar". He didn't say duplicate or time remnant, he said "version" interesting word choice.

Time remnants can’t gain new memories from their PST selves like the 2024 Barry would have known he was coming if he was the real one

One important scene when they’re both at star labs is. When future flash says “it was me that married you, it was me that proposed etc..” I think that’s very important to note for your theory which I believe is true.

@Cristian Milito it’s more than a clone/copy, they are a just as real as the current version. a time remnant is another version of a speedster from a fractured timeline meaning that they are remains of a timeline that no longer exists. The only reason why a time remnant has a speedsters thoughts or memories is because that speedster went only a seconds in the past, which is why they said a time remnant is LIKE a duplicate/copy
Theory time: maybe there’s not actually a loop. And savitar was never supposed to be Barry in the first place..
So let me lay out the timeline...
After Barry did flashpoint, he tried going back in time to fix things, but by doing that, the speedforce put him in a timeline where savitar exists. Savitar kills iris in this timeline, and then Barry creates time remnants to defeat savitar.
- evil Barry Time remnant (savitar) is created by Barry
- time remnant becomes evil after iris is killed, and becomes savitar after team flash shuns him for not being the real flash. Savitar (evil Barry) creates the suit himself, or convinces someone else to make it
- this newly created savitar then decides to attack team flash In the future, at this point there’s probably 2 savitars. One that killed iris, and another that’s Barry’s time remnant.
- Both savitars get trapped in the speedforce.
- the first savitar decides to go mess with team flash (this is the CGI savitar from the first half of season 3) and barritar waits for Wally to get fast enough so he can switch places with him, the first savitar decides to say “F*** this shit I’m out” and is never to be seen again. And then barritar, thought he would’ve succeeded the whole time because he thought it was a closed loop, he thought he was the real savitar....
The original savitar probably wasn’t even Barry, and he was an actual god from the speedforce, there to teach Barry a lesson. Or punish him for flashpoint

Or what if savitar was never a thing. Notice how the articles byline changes for iris west Allan to a random other name. Now take that in, that happens because of flashpoint. What if savitar was created by flashpoint. I mean like what if savitar is actually just a lesson from the speed force to Barry. And also noticed how 3 seasons straight it’s about speedster. What if these speedsters were lessons to Barry about “don’t mess with us” now savitar in different timelines such as the OG Barry maybe never existed and was only created through flashpoint. And I mean flashpoint created Wally aka kid flash. So maybe it created savitar too. And plus what would have happened if Barry never created flashpoint?

I have been leaning towards there being 2 Savitars, 1 real and other an imposter. Future Barry was am imposter who at some point encountered Savitar, thats where he got the idea from and took his image. Likely, being trapped in the speedforce. There is one scene with Jay Garrick who says he has heard stories about Savitar but no one has ever seen him. So that casts doubt at Future Barry being Savitar. But Barry early encounter with Savitar where no one could see who was attacking Barry. I think that was the real Savitar, moving so fast you couldnt see him. Every encounter with Savitar there after was future Barry. The fighting styles and movements were different. How was Savitar able to cloak himself to begin with but unable to do so afterwards, unless there were 2 Savitars. Having beaten barry, the real savitar had no other reason to remain so moved on and thats when the fake Savitar steps in.
I think there might be a reason for the real savitar to return in season 7. Maybe this is point where savitar gets create when Barry repairs or recreates the speed force. Maybe this is the time the idea of savitar gets imprinted in his mind. And maybe its in this future where Barry turns. After all, there was that message/recording saying (paraphrasing) 'dont trust anyone, especially me'

This theory is a perfect example of how your worst enemy is yourself. Savitar is an even worse villain than the Reverse-Flash (Eobard Thawne) which is ironic because Thawne is the reverse of Barry but Savitar is still a greater enemy and threat to Barry.

No no no, that's not how timer remenants work. example: 6:00pm Zoom traveles back in time 2 mins to 5:58pm. Now there are 2 Zooms. They work together for a minute then 6:00 pm (future) Zoom kills his younger self (5:58pm Zoom) but does not dissapear. Speedsters can actually kill their younger selves without fading away like Marty McFly. This was well established in season 2 with Zoom/fake Jay Garrick.

Savitar is barry from the future, Savitar kills iris and barry gets driven into the dark so much he becomes Savitar and kills iris, and it is an entire loop but the timeline changed and barry decided he will never become Savitar so future barry/Savitar gets erased from existence and it took a few hours for him to get erased from existence because there was still a chance for barry to become Savitar one day

This theory is very good and i think it’s true also what i think is that savitar is the barry that fought thawne on the day when his mom died, in s2 we saw that the original timeline barry saw barry and let him know to not save his mum than the original timeline disappeared in the speedforce but like savitar said “you decided to play God and created flashpoint” as he said that that must mean he was the original timeline barry

It makes sense that original timeline Barry got jealous and angry that his iris died but the other Barry's didn't so he set on a mission to kill all iris's
Barry can’t be a time remnant because he is actively acquiring new memories. The Barry we see is living in a post flashpoint timeline, meaning he isn’t even from this time period. And this remnant is claiming to be created post flashpoint, by a different Barry all together? Weird.

Because future flash is a time remnants of the future he still has the memories of Barry Allen before he was created into a time remnant, only when his made into a time remnants does he experience different memories from Barry’s due to different experiences and different decisions being made, but if a time remnants goes back in time to to a period before he’s made into a time remnants he will have the memories of the original because he was the original before he was created into a time remnant, if that makes any sense 😅!
Not true. You have no information how long from the timeline the remnant is from. Could be a day, could be 2 months, 2 years etc
@@ChristianProtossDragoon but because Barry hasn’t created any time remnants in the current timeline, we know that it must be from the future, the evidence that this time remnant is from the future, is he has the memories that the current Barry has, he can only have his memories of the present Barry because at that moment in time he was Barry! Only when he becomes a time remnant does he not have Barry’s memories!

That’s why Savitars memories altered whenever Barry made a different decision, because at that moment Barry was him, until he created the time remnant in the future which was shunned and everything! It’s a hard concept to grasp! I can see that you don’t understand! I understand your saying that a time remnant and an original do not share thoughts and experiences in in time develop different memories, however before the time remnant is created the time remnant and the original were one, which means they share the same past! And in the case of Savitar, Savitar has Barry’s memories because that Barry was both the original Barry and Savitar at the same time up until the Original Barry created a time remnant which developed into Savitar! And if you notice how significantly slower Future Flash is without the suit vs The Flash, one possible opinion is lost the connection to the speed force. Every season, there are episodes that set up future plot lines or at least sow the seeds. Is this a foreshadowing that was missed by people?

I’m just going to add a fact to this theory but there is a comic that is just like this season of flash and it’s the comic book story that covers barry missing sooo many tradgies like iris being put into a wheelchair, snart’s passing and so many others. I have a 2nd theory what if what 2024 Barry was saying about making time remnants was real what if the Barry in the time vault is the time remnant and the original is the actual savitar this probably ins’t true but when 2024 Barry says “you will go back you will do everything you can think of to save her and blah blah blah and you’ll even create time remnants but he’ll kill them all mostly for some reason the way he says this kinda makes my feel like he’s referring to the original Barry doing this not himself and then he says “there will be nothing left at long but stopping savitar but one day you’ll lock him in the speed force forever but at that point everything you’ve loved is gone but this is we’re it made me think that this is actually the time remnant after that he says INCLUDING YOU like why would he say including you if that time remnant knows that the original Barry when back to the past to become savitar and the time remnant is left to vanish in crisis mouths later see wear I’m getting at here I just feel like he’s not telling the events of what happened in 1st person but it’s also tricky if there remnants involved 3:33 then savitar after hearing what 2024 Barry told him flipped the story and told him what happened to the time remnant that’s why he’s nodding his head kinda in his mind kinda saying like yeah the story checks out now now that savitar knows that Barry thinks that he killed the time remnants savitar backs up the story and tells Barry what they did to the time remnant see how savitars perspective is be flipped that probably didn’t make any sense but what ever. 6:59 -7:04 including you why would he add that. Wait on hold up remember in season 5 where thawne initial plan was to be set free after being held against his own will for another 15 years? Ok so when the past Barry Allan destroyed the dagger to save his daughter which, then concluded into killing her instead cause of the new timeline setting in blah blah blah, I digress. The point is if like how destroying the dagger in the past sets thawne free in the future. Then if 2017 Barry beats savitar earlier then 2024 Barry. Then doesn’t that change the future for 2024 Barry, doesn’t iris come back to life? Or does iris like Ralph dibney said {R.I.P} do all the metas get unkilled?

Tbh, I think Savatar will come back because if he saw what Barry always did in season 3, wouldn't he have saw his future self traveling to the past to that point where they face off? In the moment that Savitar(Future Flash) said he needed 2 things 1. For Iris' to "die" so he can be born but did not tell the second he said he rather keep that one to himself so I was having a hypothesis Savitar(Future Flash) made a speed mirage of himself to fight with past version flash so he can destroy his armor and let Iris' kill him at the end because he already knew that season 5 flash with his daughter Nora would get the piece of his suit for cicada. So The Original Savitar (Future Flash) had already went to his own timeline and he had no third choice to manipulate season 3 Barry to protect the space time continium, just like Alternate Future Barry did.

The thing wrong about this is that a time remnant is still the original except just gone back a second and stayed in that time with the version that was a second ago
I know he is not a time remnant but the future berry, after iris's death i strongly believe that he went into the speed force after his wife death so that he can forget the pain and that's when the orb showed up in the speed force because that berry already threw it in the speed force, the orb finds it's host by going after the one with no or little will power and who is perfect but a speedster widower.

First of all ,Bcoz of olivers sacrifice Earth90 Barry Allen (flash) took his place not his future self . So Earth 90 flash Vanishes in crisis saving Earth1 Barry .
And second thing , Season 3 was all about different timeline (Flashpoint) . And this crisis was about other timeline (Where Nora West Allen is erased ,where crisis is in 2019 instead of 2024 ) and this timeline was formed by destroying cicadas dagger.
So Barry and his future survives and also we can't relate 2 different futures from 2 different timelins

So basically the flash will vanish in crisis in April 24th 2024
But Barry travels to Feb 3rd 2024 where the future flash hasn't vanished in crisis yet and by Barry going and has a little fight with the mirror master and his girlfriend. Future flash starts helping again (he had stopped all of it when iris died) by this he would be vanished as he would be part of the crisis. But this doesn't matter cuz Barry altered the timeline by saving iris where this broke and depressed future flash won't exist cuz iris is not dead.

I think only reason why Iris did it was the feeling of instinct at the right time. Though Flash and Flashes Daughter grabbed part of Savitars armor and went back to the present time before it dissapeared . Savitar is the Future of Barry Allen . But Flash somehow got lucky to defeat Savitar. So the Question is what would happen if Savitar actually did manage to succeed and did become a god? How would that affect the other Heros and Villians?

And if you say that he might have forgotten these events there is 2 reasons he can remember when you are on another earth (for example 2) and a timeline changes on another earth(for example 1) the new timeline consumes earth one and the timeline you originally knew has a different earth so you are sheltered from timeline changes also Thawne has repeatedly used the speed force as a timeline change bunker to keep himself safe from timeline changes so the theory tracks

I thought remnants aren't "clones" or anything. They're all Barry from different points in time. Hunter Zolomon killed his remnants because their timeline would have already been erased or changed and being in the current timeline would cause psychological issues for the remnants.

So when alternate future flash created time remnants, like Savitar said to Barry explaining how to create a time remnant, “ when you run back in time and meet yourself “. So Savitar is indeed the real future flash but only a few seconds older than alternate future flash. That’s why when they said a time remnant is LIKE a duplicate/copy and has all your feelings and memories because of the few seconds difference between your current self and your past self (time remnant/temporal duplicate). The only reason why a time remnant feels like a clone because they treated him like one. So Savitar is indeed the real future flash also.
