The future Barry showed in 3x19 is a Barry that didn't traveled to the future, didn't knew that Wally would go after Savitar alone, didn't know that Cisco would lose his arms in the fight against Killer Frost, and most important, didn't know that Savitar was his time remnant. So i believe that the season 3 finale would focus on Barry not allowing Cisco to fight Killer Frost, stopping Wally from go after Savitar and most important, not creating a time remnant. Therefoe, creating the paradox that would make Savitar stop existing would still happen and season 4 would focus on Barry staying with Joe, because that was what he promised to Iris
I would’ve had Barry use savitar’s suit because savitar did say “You kill me you become me” it would’ve been a really good scene when Barry realises what he’s become when fighting team flash
Just a list of points I've made while watching the video: 1. Not sure, but is it possible to have a heart attack from stress/grief? I've done some research and I think Joe could have definitely had shortness of breath or some chest pain, but a heart attack? idk 2. How did the death of Iris mean that Cisco didn't lose his hand and could defeat Killer Frost? There's no real correlation between the events imo 3. I really like the idea of making Barry more independent after losing Iris. Always wanted to see more of that in the show. Just don't know how long that would have been possible, given that they need characters to fill up screen time because there's a specific amount of hours Grant's allowed to work. (Nvm just got up to the point where they come together again lmao) 4. Barry doesn't show up to her funeral? I know Ollie didn't for Moira, but that just feels really out of character for Barry. Like his sister/LOVER? Idk 5. Love that Barry is super powerful now and created Gideon. Would hope if this was actually how it went in the show the writers were consistent with that lmao 6. So makes sense as Barry became more powerful, Savitar did too. But if we were to think of this logistically, the show would've ended him as a threat in the season 3 finale. Unless of course ep 22 ends with her death and ep 23 takes place weeks later. (Also nvm, just got up to the point you said this was your version of the finale. Just seems like a LOT to happen in one episode lol) 7. Again, if we're talking about this from a logistical standpoint, Tracy and Julian wouldn't have continued post-season 3 due to behind the scenes drama, so Ralph got brought in, therefore they couldn't be on Wally's team. 8. So how was Barry able to get the upper hand in the battle if as Barry became more powerful, Savitar did too? They have the same power and know exactly what the other's gonna do next as they're the same person, so how would this be possible? 9. NOOO Wally was killed. Would have hated if this happened in the show tbh. The utter disrespect to his character (from them, not you lmao) (see point 12) 10. Point 8 also refers to Barry being able to punch Savitar in the heart 11. Wow the idea of Barry becoming so brutal is extremely interesting. That would've been insane to see that in the show. 12. Wait..... 12:05 "Wally and Cisco" so Wally DIDN'T die? How is that possible - how did the blade through his chest not kill him? I thought HIS death was the one to set Barry off, but it was just because it reminded him of Iris' death? 13. Great editing, finding moments that have actually been in the show and trying to put it to what you're talking about COULD have happened. 14. That moment where he realises what he did, threatening to kill Wally was so well described, and a great moment I would've loved to have seen on screen and a smart way to bring him back to normal. 15. So...you wouldn't have changed the body-swapping in season 4 or Cicada in season 5? Also don't think it would've been logistically possible for Keiynan to stay on the show in season 4 long-term. Would you have still kept Nora on the show? Also don't think Tom could play two characters in season 6 long-term, as that would've been too many hours for him to work and seeing the two of them interact often would've CGI-wise been too expensive. 16. Don't like the idea of Iris coming back post-Crisis as it undermines the impact of season 3, so would have gone the other direction. However, Iris and Barry could have gotten married in the second half of season 6 if she HAD to come back. 17. I would REALLY love you to continue this series and doing a "what if" fan-fic in-depth breakdown for each season of the show. (You can come to me for ideas if you need them XD) Another video idea - what would have happened if Barry actually did die in Crisis, or just a different Crisis altogether. 18. Great video overall. Really well thought out and edited, and would love to see more of these!

This would've been WAY better for character development. That is one thing CW shows aren't very good at. Sometimes your heroes need to have REAL stakes and struggle HARD CORE and make mistakes. Take notes from Stan Lee about Spider-Man dealing with Gwen Stacy's death.
