One thing is for sure, Since Peter's identity is already out in the open in this scenario, there's no way Mysterio can frame him for his (Supposed) death since eyewitnesses would be able to corroborate Peter's account of events. Basically Mysterio would be outed as a villain before he could even try to frame Peter.
JJJ wouldn't hate him as much as he's not a masked menace so being unmasked and more honest with the world is what he wants.

In this scenario, Mysterio would be outed as a villain. The controversy with Peter murdering Mysterio would've never happened, which means that he would've likely been accepted into MIT. Even if he wasn't accepted for whatever reason, he wouldn't have to go to Doctor Strange to ask him to make everyone forget who he is. Therefore, the events of No Way Home wouldn't happen, and everyone (including Ned and MJ) would still know that Peter Parker is Spiderman.
Not necessarily. What allowed mysterios claim to be taken seriously is the fact that no one really knew who he was, and that perter didn't have documented evidence disproving mysterios accusation. Both would apply here.

If wanda never got dusted, it would all turn out the same. Wanda might start WandaVision during those 5 years but would eventually come back in the avengers assemble scene
Technically Captain America snapping is literally impossible unless he was wearing tony's suit. And even if he would have snapped, he would have died and tony would have lived causing no way home to not exist and other future events.
If wanda lost against Agatha then Agatha would have been stopped by the avengers or other heroes.
If they got the stone out of visions head thanos would have just used the time stone to reverse time until vision gets the mind stone in his head back and thanos would have took it and snapped just like in infinity war.
These are just my theories though
